"This is a fantastic two-story studio apartment in a recent block in perfect maintenance. We are both working remotely back home in Iceland and the working conditions were all up to ten; nice tables for our computers, nice chairs, and a good internet connection. There is everything in the kitchen, which is great for foodies like us. The location is likewise spectacular; very central in a safe and clean neighborhood and close to all services. Nice with its awesome weather and great restaurants has become our favorite city of all time and we have been traveling worldwide for decades! The people in the city are very comfortable, all the services are top notch and the culture is unique. Good running routes too!"

Незаметный вход в отель - рядом с входом на парковку, справа, если стоять лицом к гостинице. В номере было тепло, горячая вода была все время. Есть возможность посидеть в холле после выселения. Завтрак не брали, показался дороговатым. Рядом с площадью Комедии хорошая пиццерия, прямо на площади- большой супермаркет. В день нашего пребывания пиво прекратили продавать в 17 часов, хотя вино продавалось"

"This apartment is conveniently located near all the main attractions of Cannes; it is a short walk from the beach in one direction and a short walk to the main shopping strip in the other. It is in a quiet location, which is nice after a busy day of shopping! The host is excellent, and we really appreciate the amenities provided with the apartment. This is our second year of staying at this apartment, and we wouldn't hesitate to return again."
