"Kitchen was very well equipped, the location of the apartment was nice close to the beach. The conmmunication with the host was easy. We could enter the apartment earlier than expected which was great!"

"The flat is located very close to the beach and a huge supermarket in residential area. It is also about 15-20 min walk to the centre of Cannes, so close enough but away from all the loud bistros and bars. The flat is well equipped with oven (can be used as microwave), hob, pots/pans, plates/glasses/cutlery, washing machine. Even the detergent, dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels were provided. All the appliances are well functioning and clean. There are also beach chairs and several beach parasols of different sizes. The apartment is spacious with a great balcony, which has a table and 4 chairs and a dryer for your towels. Kati met me at the apartment and was very helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely consider to stay here again when coming to Cannes!"

"The drain in the shower is slow and having shower on for 3 minutes resulted in a flood. And something that the host can’t change: the rubbish is collected every morning at 6:30-7:00 AM (excluding Sunday) right by the windows of the apartment. The process is noisy and long, the collectors also like to chat to each other."

"Wir hatten Anfang Juli für 13 Tage diese Wohnung gebucht. Sie Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, bietet alles an Annehmlichkeiten was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. In den Wandschränken gab es u.a. Spiele, Kinderbücher, eine Playstation mit Spielen, DVDs, aber auch zwei Strandstühle, zwei Sonnenschirme, Bügelbrett und noch vieles mehr. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und der Shoppingstraße entfernt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist in dem Bereich nicht gerade einfach, man bekommt aber immer einen wenn man ein Stück gehen mag."

"Zu unserer Zeit wurde sehr viel in den Wohnungen renoviert, dementsprechend war auch tagsüber immer wieder die Lautstärke. Das kenne ich aus der Hauptsaison noch nicht."
