"Очень отзывчивый персонал. У нас сломалась арендованная машина и мы попали в сложную ситуацию. Языком мы не владеем и местной сим-карты тоже нет. Администратор была очень сопереживающей и помогала нам. Она проявила инициативу и связывалась с нашей фирмой по бронированию, чтобы помочь нам. Это нас очень тронуло. Потом подключилась ещё одна женщина, работающая в отеле. Они вместе решали наши проблемы. Все закончилось хорошо, благодаря им. Сам отель чистый и уютный. Цена соответствует качеству."

"Lovely welcome. We booked in January and our main concern was warmth, and the room was wonderfully warm with radiators in both bedroom and bathroom. The location is fabulous a 30 second walk to the river. Everything was very comfortable. Great value stay. Thank you to our hostess. Merci."

"Lovely hotel just outside of Sarlat. The hosts were very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious. Had a meal in the restaurant and the food was delicious, although we sadly didn’t try the foie gras. Wish we had time to try the kayaking nearby."
