"Хорошее соотношение цена-качество за что-то среднее между хостелом и горным приютом. В хостеле поддерживают порядок и чистоту, но все очень простое и аскетичное, тем не менее весь функционал есть - можно принять душ, посидеть на кухне со своей едой и переночевать. Постельное белье и полотенца за деньги, но об этом предупреждают при бронировании. Можно приехать со своим спальным мешком и полотенцем. Приветливый мужчина на ресепш, который задал хорошее настроение. До центра Шамони 10-15 минут пешком, нам разрешили бесплатно оставить вещи в день выселения на хранение. За эту стоимость мы остались всем довольны."

"I like how the place is clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is just perfect, and the area around is beautiful. The fact that we have our own kitchen and can cook is a bonus. I love staying there"

"This place is more like a mountain hut rather than a city-style hostel. If you're ready for a slightly ascetic, old-school stay, you will love this place! The atmosphere is great!"

"At some point, I had to take a warmish shower, which was bearable, but definitely could be warmer."

"As always the people are kind warm and welcoming. I think it’s Guillaume- the lovely gentleman who is on reception is so wonderful with people (hence why I have come back for my second time) I wouldn’t stay anywhere different. This is a traditional building which offers a genuine welcome for those who love simplicity the mountains. We can eat around tables and share stories of the day after cooking in the kitchen together. The rooms are well sized, each equipped with a small light. An area outside dorms to sort bags in mornings/ toilet and let others sleep."

"Excellent as a hostel: everything very clean, beds okay, good showers and washing facilities - and very good value for money. Lots of people are there to start the TMB and the staff are very knowledgeable about this and other local tips."

"Location is a bit further outside of Chamonix than some other hostels. Beds not the comfiest - but good enough."
