"Extraordinary stay. Loved absolutely everything about Le Couvent. Roland and Evelyne are wonderful hosts and we felt welcome and ‘at home’ as soon as we arrived (very tired from a long walk). Evelyne even offered to wash our hiking clothes. The property is beautiful and filled with interesting art and ceramics (much of it the owner’s own work). The room is perfect with all details taken care of. Dinner was generous and totally delicious as was breakfast. Perfection - thank Roland and Evelyne."

"Our stay was brief but thoroughly enjoyable. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, the property is beautiful and our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had breakfast with Evelyne and Roland and had a great mixed language conversation over a lovely breakfast. I could not recommend Le Couvent enough."

"We’ve stayed here numerous times which speaks for itself. The rooms are compact but comfortable with good beds and nice bathrooms, lovely shower. Excellent soundproofing from the busy roads. Very good food, friendly buzz in the restaurant and the three brothers who run the place are extremely helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast coffee. A shame must to stay one night while passing through - the surrounding country is beautiful with many interesting and historic buildings"
