"The room was really spacious and was perfect for our family of four. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which was lovely. The pool was heated and open 24 hrs, so we could swim any time. The owners and staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful."

"This was our second time staying in the family suite at L'Escale de Broglie. It's a lovely hotel and the suite is perfect for our family of five. The pool is great and breakfast was lovely. It's a good base for exploring the area and nearby Bernay has some great restaurants. We also got lovely pizza from the take away along the road."

Having a restaurant was also really convenient and the dinner was modestly priced. The little town of Broglie is extremely attractive - and Fresnel lived just across the street from the hotel."

Also we had to insist that we wanted to sit outside in the attractive conservatory, rather than the rather dim and unattractive breakfast room"

"This is a lovely, family run guest house with lots of charm and style. Breakfast is served in the courtyard garden under the shade of big trees. Beds are comfy and the bathroom spacious."
