"Светлые удобные апартаменты с пешей доступностью до моря , Negresco за углом и музей Массена, минут 15 до галлерей Лафайет неспешным шагом. Как и указано в описании - в наличие все необходимое . Своё надо только шампунь и тапочки . Достойные массажный салон прямо напротив . С удовольствием вернусь и буду рекомендовать друзьям ."

"просто надо иметь ввиду - слышимость соседей, и на окнах нет затемняющих Штор , поэтому маска для глаз и беруши для ушей пригодится . Для меня это не было дискомфортом ."

"Расположение, пешком до набережной пару минут, квартира находится на улице rue de France с кучей кафе и ресторанов, которые работают в течении всего дня (на набережной например днем многие кафе только напитки могут предложить), удобные кровати, даже диван, который разбирается. В квартире было все необходимое, в т ч youtube, мы смогли иногда по вечерам смотреть фильмы за бутылочкой вина (в Париже например везде только кабельные каналы). Фредерик был очень мил, все показал, рассказал и порекомендовал рестораны."

"The owners are exceptionally kind people. On the day we arrived, we were able to drop off our luggage at the apartment early, and on the day we left, we were able to leave our luggage with Frederic, who even drove us to the airport himself that evening. You don’t come across that very often anymore. Thank you. The apartment itself is very lovingly decorated and is located in a beautiful area with many restaurants and shops. Yet it’s still quiet at night. It’s also just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the old town. We’ll definitely be back."

"The host met us to give us the keys and show us around the property and kindly explained the essentials. The property is in a great location and had everything we needed. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room which was extremely comfy."

"There is a lot of noise from the road below, so best to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper."

"The apartment is in a great location, only a block back from the beach, and very close to other attractions. The place has absolutely everything you could want or need, it is amazingly set up. Frederic was very helpful in showing me where everything thing was and how it worked. Nice sized place, with a great vibe and level of comfort, and only 1 floor up, plus there is a small elevator to help when you arrive and depart work bags etc. Bonus of a brilliant Patisserie right across the street. Tip for arriving in Nice, the taxis are unbelievable expensive, try and get an Uber instead."

"This was our second stay at L’Olivette and it was just as nice as we remembered. The flat is in a lovely location, minutes away from the promenade and beach. There are a lot of lovely restaurants nearby and a delightful bakers across the road. The hosts are so friendly, giving lots of tips on places to visit and gave us a lift to the airport for our flight home. Last visit I commented it would be nice to have a kettle. There is now a kettle and a toaster!"

"We had the most beautiful stay at L’Olivette. The location was perfect, being close to everything (beach, restaurants, bars) but still quiet and peaceful. Frederic was an amazing host, easy to communicate with and so kind. We can’t fault anything about this place! It had all the facilities we needed for a few days stay and I would highly recommend it."
