"Комната выглядит точно так же как на фотографиях. Нам все понравилось👍 Хозяин квартиры был очень любезен и даже позволил в последний день остаться дольше в комнате, так как наш самолет был вечером. В комнате есть все необходимое и даже фрукты и орешки. Так же вода в холодильнике и кофе. Есть так же сахар, соль, масло и вся необходимая посуда . К морю 2 минуты пешком. Рекомендую 👍 Фен нужно заменить или отремонтировать. Там отходит контакт в проводе!"

"Понравилось все: расположение, чистота, удобства, небольшой, но уютный балкончик. Были предусмотрены все необходимые бытовые мелочи. Особая благодарность Пауле, которая терпеливо ждала нас до прибытия и все показала и разъяснила. Ночью и утром немного шумно, но когда закрываешь окна, отличная звукоизоляция. Рекомендую однозначно😊"

"The lift was temperamental. The apt is located on 5th floor so when is broken is tiring to climb the stairs after a long day."

"Since the apartment is on a street with bars and restaurants you can hear people partying until early morning but we were aware of it when we booked it so it wasn’t an issue for us."

"One of the best finds on Booking.com. The location was perfect - 1min walk to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and close to the old town. The host was incredbly hospitable - met us at the flat to ensure check in ran smoothly, provided wine and local fruits and offered luggage storage. The flat had everything you needed, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Location. Close to beach, transport and attractions. Marius was wonderful! He not only waited for us when we got lost but he was very helpful with tips on getting around Nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a chilled bottle of wine, fruit, water still/sparkling and sweets for us to enjoy. Nice was magnificent and Marius made it even more so!"

"Nothing Marius could do but it got a little noisy Saturday night with the bars near us. All good , people having fun … quite late though"

"Fantastic studio apartment in the best street in Nice. Lively area but not too lively. 5 minute walk from the beach & everything you need on your doorstep. Marius could not be more helpful and was the perfect host. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back."
