"Отличное месторасположение. До пляжа или ресторанной улицы на своих двоих 10 минут вниз по лестнице. Вверх после ресторана или бара на своих четверых будет раза в три дольше. Не заплутать в этом лабиринте улочек - та ещё задача. Но атмосфера зашкаливает. Я комфортом не избалован, искал место спокойно переночевать, остальное время на пляже, бары и пешком по округе - посмотреть в Ментоне есть что. Отдельный вход. Маленькая уютная комнатка-студия с удобствами - туалет, горячий душ, чайник, холодильник, умывальник, электроплита (не тестировал), чашки, кружки, ложки, вилки, набор посуды, полотенца, постельное белье - все есть. Всё компактно, но уютно - все таки надо понимать специфику - это очень старая часть города. Для одного или пары отличное место переночевать. Ожидал худшего, а отдохнул просто отлично!!!"

"Красивая ОЧЕНЬ старая кровать, но вот пружины скрипели под моим весом (90 кг) довольно громко. Не спасал хороший матрац."

"Located deep in Old town. Wouldn't recommend for people with bad knees or heavy luggage. Room was clean enough for me, with hot shower.There are some kitchen appliances. Host is responsive."

"I liked the fact that the place was cozy and had everything it was needed, despite of the small size: in facts it is a small flat rather than a room, you can also store something in the fridge or have a cook."

"There were just two main cons in this apartment: first one was the poor phone signal, at least with my telephone company. The second one was that the frame of the bed is wooden and pretty old, which means that it squeaked at every body movement."
