"Very comfortable room with large walk in shower. Tea and coffee provided in the room and spacious fridge. Host and hostess very welcoming and convivial. Breakfast was plentiful with freshly prepared fruit salad, along with croissants, bread and home made jams. Malcom, the family cocker spaniel was the star of the show! A real sweetheart."

"We loved everything! Marise and Robert are excellent and very friendly. We were happy that even with our poor French skills we had the priviledge to have conversations with them over breakfast. The decor is amazing! Really good taste and very homely feeling. We took the room that was suitable for dogs (the red one) and we had so much space! The bed was the most comfortable one that we’ve had during our 5 weeks car trip in different countries. The garden is so dreamy and to be able to walk with the dogs around was so good for them. They were definitely the happiest here. The breakfast is great! Fresh croissants, bread, butter, jams and the fruit salad was soooo good! Bonus was to have Malcom (the hosts’ dog) with us, he’s sweet. We cannot wait to return here, especially during the warm days as we saw there is a pool. Thank you Marise and Robert!!"

"The chateau is located in such a beautiful setting. The grounds that surrounded it are so pretty and it’s quiet, the only sound you hear is of the stream and the waterfall. The pool is huge and looks new, very good condition and our rooms were large with cosy decor. Our host was so welcoming and made us feel at home immediately, and helped us to find a place to buy pizza which we could eat at the chateau in the outside kitchen/diner. Breakfast as lovely and we had this outside on the terrace over looking the pool and garden. We loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer. We visited with our three tween daughters and the grandparents, the 7 of us all loved our bedrooms & the pool was so big for all of us. We will definitely visit again, what a beautiful hidden gem full of character & charm."
