"Мы были в феврале 2025. Отличный район на 1-й линии метро, которая идёт в центр. Остановка рядом. Квартира находится в очень красивом дворике, где тихо и спокойно. Хоть квартира небольшая, но было всё, что нужно: полотенца, мыло, посуда, кофемашина, электрочайник, утюг, доска гладильная. Тепло, чисто и очень уютно. Очень рекомендую и сама ещё приеду. Огромное спасибо хозяину."

"Удобное заселение - приходят коды к кодовому замку, и вы не должны ждать хозяина. 7 мин до станции метро на 1й линии (Porte de Vincennes) - желтая линия, на которой расположены станции ко всем основным достопримечательностям Парижа, кроме Эйфелевой башни. Это очень удобно! Проход с улицы к станции метро - вверх под арку в виде красной кошки. В начале улицы - продуктовые магазины (сырные, овощные, рыбные и т.д.), булочные, кафе, аптеки. Квартира крошечная, но есть все необходимое, эргономичность пространства восхищает. Есть плита, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер. Вся необходимая кухонная утварь. Ванная-комната стандартной комплектации. Для двоих удобно, втроем уже совсем тесно, но если вы приходите только спать, а в остальное время исследуете Париж, то этот вариант очень хорош."

"было много пыли, когда разложили диван — нашли там клок чужих волос;( также раздвижная дверь в туалет была сломана. Заезд с 15:00, мы заехали в 16:30 и застали там клиннинг, который сказал чтобы мы погуляли до 17:00, потому что номер не готов"

"Very close to metro line 1 (4 min walk) and line 6 is also only a 6 minute walk. Everything was clean and, while things took a bit of time to figure out, everything worked. There were a lot of utensils for cooking which was very helpful and I managed to make meals nicely. Also there was a lottt of space for storage thanks to the huge shelf covering one of the walls. The area was also very nice, there were multiple bakeries and even a restaurant just 2 minutes away (I didn’t go there, but if I wanted a meal I could’ve). Everything also seemed very safe! There are 3 codes you have to know and the apartment is in an inner courtyard that was beautiful even in February (so much greenery) so there was no noise from the streets."

"The fridge perhaps was a bit too cold, the tomato sauce and onion I had bought on the first day were completely frozen when I took them out on my second to last day. Biggest minus was the bathroom sink being broken from the top, it still worked but it was wobbly and you could literally see the way water ran in the sink because there was no top cover for it (the picture will explain better). But that was honestly all and even the sink wasn’t a huge bother since there was also a working kitchen one and the overall apartment was very nice."

"Location is near the metro station.The building is very secure and there are three lock codes to access inside which makes it secure. The place is very relaxing and comfy."

"There is no lift. If you have bug luggage you have to use the stairs. There are no staff although they will email you the instructions to access the building and the room. The road looks sketchy buy it’s relatively safe."

"Apartment is nice and complete, only a little carpet was missing Compared to to residence Labyrinthe it's was bigger but less cosy. Metro at less than 5 minutes and enough leisure at walking distance. Parking was difficult, nowhere near a save garage... But I can still rate it a 8 Residence labyrinthe gets a 9.5 for a more lively neighborhood and Bellevue parking near by."

"The room is neat and with all necessary for a comfortable stay. We stayed 3 nights but it equipped with everything even for longer stays."

"For hotter weather the ventilator wasn’t sufficiently powerful. Safe didn’t open, so we couldn’t use it. At arrival I couldn’t open the door my mistake simply didn’t read the last email and had only 2 codes instead of 3. The problem was that when I tried to contact the property the numbers they provided didnt answer. In the end I managed to leave a voice message , and after around 30 minutes arrived sms asking me to text them. No live contact was quite stressful for me, did not seem very helpful"
