Villa Troc Pinell

"Without doubt this villa has the most stupendous views and a wonderful location - if you have a car. Admittedly we knew it was outside Banyuls but we had not realised it would initially be difficult to get to. We were arriving by train. We could not get a taxi when we arrived at the station (a wait of two hours) but after walking half way the person giving us the key kindly picked us up. Then, as there were no shops nearby, it is a 20min walk to the town and then of course a 20min walk back - uphill with shopping! However, I expect almost all guests come by car in which case there can be no better place for the view over the bay. The villa is comfortably furnished and the kitchen has everything you need with an amazingly huge cooker."

"There is only one deckchair for the terrace. There is a table and 4 dining chairs out there however. There was no welcome back at all. A bottle of water (or wine!) would have been appreciated. We had to pay extra for towels and bedding and would have had to pay if we used the air conditioning."

"La vue est spectaculaire , la plus belle qu on ait jamais eue. La maison est tres confortable et la résidence très agréable. C est une location très lumineuse où toutes les fenêtres donnent sur la mer et très bien decorée. A recommander"

"Traumblick in einem sehr gemütlichen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Dezember waren wir in der Siedlung fast alleine. Das war sehr schön. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich anders. Heizung war super. Bis zum Ort kann man gut laufen. Bett war sehr gut. Parkplatz vorhanden. Anlage verschlossen und nur mit Fernbedienung zu öffnen. Müsste eigentlich nicht sein, wir haben uns in der gesamten Region sehr sicher gefühlt."

"Direkt vor der seitlichen Terrasse verläuft ein Weg und an den Fenstern sind keine Vorhänge. Im Sommer, wenn mehr Gäste hier sind, vielleicht nicht so schön."

"The house was smallish for our group of six. The downstairs bathroom is like on a small boat."

"Chaque pièce vue mer et montagne ,très bon emplacement pour les rondos , la plage et allez dans le village à pied pour les courses. aussi le contacte avec la Propriétaire très agréable , en plus un cadeau de bienvenue (une bouteille et des petits gâteaux de la région. Merci pour ce geste . nous garderons un très bon souvenir ."
