"Really friendly host, tasty breakfast, huge bed, nice touches like biscuits and choc in the room. A nice 20ish min walk into the city."
"Too warm (but not sure that can easily be fixed), would be nice to have easy access plug sockets next to the bed."
"Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly staff"

"Lovely good sized room with a comfy bed, I slept really well. There was a good choice of food for the continental breakfast and the whole place was spotless. Easy to walk into the centre over the river or there's a bus stop with regular services just a few minutes down the road."

"Very friendly and welcoming host. He went out of his way to be helpful. The property is only a twenty minute walk into the centre of Cambridge. A very good breakfast - lots of choice although there isn’t a cooked breakfast in the traditional sense. There are boiled eggs and cold meats as well as cheese. Plus the usual large choice of cereals, bread and croissants etc."
"There are spaces for 2/3 cars right outside ( not on the road) but it was a bit tricky due to our hire car being larger than we had booked. But I wouldn’t let this put you off."
"Lovely host, good breakfast and the family room was perfect for me and 3 teenage kids"
"Nothing to dislike"
"wonderful hosts, very communicative and accommodating. very cute decor and great location to walk into the city."
"beds were all extremely soft and one of the rooms was quite musty/dusty triggering allergies."
"The easy check in procedure. The spacious bedroom with two small armchairs and a small table. Fantastic breakfast - a wonderful bowl of fresh fruit, and everything else you could wish for (3 different types of bread, for example). This does not include a cooked breakfast. The warm welcome."
"Our room only has a shower in the bathroom."
"Really friendly host. Great location, good rooms which were both comfortable and clean."

"Месторасположение отличное - 3 минуты пешком до центра. Удобная кровать, тишина. Есть бесплатное парковочное место, что очень важно, так как парковки в Йорке очень дорогие. Чудесный завтрак и гостеприимный персонал. На завтрак можно выбрать из меню."
