"У нас был очень уютный номер, угловой, со своей маленькой терассой, необычный дизайн номера. Мы брали только завтраки - они были вкусные, широкий выбор блюд. Красивый вид с общей веранды у бассейна: на море и сам город. Персонал вежливый и приветливый, по-русски не говорят. До городского пляжа максимум 5 минут пешком, пляж песчаный и очень мелкий, для семей с ребенком подходит идеально. Цена на простые лежаки с зонтиком - 10 евро за день. Рядом с входом в отель остановка общественного транспорта, продуктово-хозяйственный магазин. Развлечения для взрослых ругать не буду - они очень стандартные для таких отелей - музыканты, диджеи, фокусники по вечерам у бара. Итог: остались очень довольны, долго скучали по номеру, завтракам и самому городу."

"The Minos hotel is a good stay in Rethymno. It has all the facilities for families. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, it was large and lovely."
"We picked the Minos hotel for it's kids club for our 3 yo girl. However, when we got there, it appears the kids club is open only 11:30-13:30. Only after asking to talk with the manager the staff showed flexibility and opened the kids club at 10:30 at the day of our departure. For improvement, the hotel staff should show more flexibility in opening hours of the kids club, for example in the afternoon."
"Lovely clean hotel with the room serviced every day with clean towels, and bed made etc. The breakfast had a vast choice with something for everyone. The pool was also good with ample sunbeds."

We used the app for the login / check in details but after that nothing - would be great if the app could be used for keeping residents updated for happenings for evenings etc - just a waste considering the time taken to download it etc"

"Δεν εχω λόγια,σαν να πήγαμε σε κάποιο συγγενή μας,η Μαίρη άψογη σε όλα ! Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"Very nice modern apartment with all the amenities including air conditioning and washing machine, which was very helpful. It is located in about 100 meters from the beach in a small town of Vonitsa. It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."

"amazing view over the harbour, the staff were extremely friendly. we have been island hopping for 3 weeks and the owners of this apartment were one of the kindest and most welcoming we have met. they paid for our drinks when we ended up in the same restaurant for lunch one day. our room was cleaned every day compared to the usual once every two days. location is very close to the port but there is a steep hill to walk up. close to a lot of quality restaurants/bus stop and bakery"
