Коммуникации с персоналом могли бы быть лучше. Лучше сразу звонить по телефону, так как сообщения по Вотсапу и через букинг.ком оставались всегда неотвеченными

"Great location in the heart of the old town. The property also has a wonderful roof terrace which gives good views over the mosque and old town. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Great sleep despite being in the centre of the old town (no traffic noise). Excellent value for money."

Possibly the size of the bathroom is a bit small, but that was my fault as I chose the single room.

"Небольшой отель в южной части Лихтенштейна. 30 минут на автобусе до ближайшего швейцарского вокзала, полчаса на велосипеде и 20 минут на автобусе до Вадуца и Вадуцукого замка. Очень тихо. В выходные персонала нет, но вас заселят автоматически"

We did not come across anything we disliked although the room wasn’t as spacious as what it seemed on the web.

"Владимир, прекрасный хозяин. Уютный домик в нижней части города. Брали специально чтобы ездить на Шимбулак. Уютное место, как-будто к бабушке в гости приехал. В номере все удобства. Завтрак каждое утро. Владелец Несколько раз помог советами по городу: магазины, заведения и тд. Очень благодарны. Если в Алматы. То только сюда."

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.
