"We had a really wonderful time at Hotel Dionisio Inn! It's close to everything you may want to visit in Antigua and the staff was really wonderful, kind, and attentive. Even if the language barrier, they always remembered what we were up to and asked how things were. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help out. It's not often that we've met such helpful and nice staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and so much better than a lot of other places we stayed at on our trip in Guatemala. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Antigua."

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

Always attentive, giving advice on what to visit in the area, making your stay as easy, comfortable, and pleasant as possible. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

"Keeps its promises. The owner, Mr Fadiga saved my life after the Radisson hotel had cancel my booking (and the booking of 30+ guests) without informing us of this in advance. Facing the emergency situation, Mr Fadiga kindly confirmed and ensure there would be a room available for me. He told me that Mr Manet would pick me up from the airport and all promises were kept. Mr Manet was professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. He took me everyday to the the conference I had come to attend (1 hour away) and back. He was always punctual and easy to reach. This was an excellent service. The room was very large and clean. The hot water tank, air con and TV worked perfectly."

"Location was perfect and the house was super clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The owners were awesome and even brought us fresh picked fruit. The view from the front room with its oversized sliding door is spectacular. This picture was taken right out the front door."

"What an AMAZING place! The cabinas are well spaced apart and feel very private all located a in stunning and vibrant location. The wildlife is right on your porch, we saw howler monkeys’s, white faced monkeys, agouti, iguanas and lots of birds. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring Montezuma. The cabins itself was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the hammock! It was very well kitted out with everything we needed for cooking as a family of 3 and the pre chilled bottle of water in the fridge was greatly appreciated on our arrival. Location wise it is perfectly situated only 5 min away from shops and supermarkets where you can get all you need and in the pother direction (around a 3 min drive) is Montezuma, with loads of delicious places to eat and lots of stunning places to explore. We most definitely felt at home here and didn’t want to leave"

"Good location by the sea which is not far from the main street of Palau where you can find restaurants and groceries (less than 10 minutes walking). Huge room and comfy beds. The staff is really friendly and he dropped us off at the airport. No complaints"

"Nothing fancy about the breakfast. It was very fresh and clean though. Burger, boiled egg, milk pudding, banana and self-served drinks."

We did not come across anything we disliked although the room wasn’t as spacious as what it seemed on the web.

"Посада Стива, иначе говоря, гостевой дом, находится рядом с пляжем Эль Яке на Карибском побережье острова Маргарита. Очень колоритное, уютное и душевное место. Хозяин дома - Стив невероятно тактичный, добрый и внимательный к каждому гостю. Хозяева посады вложили в дом частичку своей души - здесь каждая деталь продумана до мелочей и несет в себе какую-то историю. Территория очень ухожена - много деревьев и кустов. Чисто. Номер имеет все необходимое для удобства (в том числе холодильник и фен). Завтраки изобилуют разнообразием, каждый день что-то новое (а порции просто огромнейшие). Очень рады, что остановились именно здесь для знакомства с островом."

"Хорошее расположение, близко от всего. Очень приветливый персонал, разрешили заехать раньше и выехать позже. Понравился завтрак. Номер был на первом этаже, не пришлось поднимать чемодан по лестнице. Окна выходили во двор, было довольно тихо. Приятное место."

Немного подтекал унитаз, но это не мешало. На завтраке была замечена муха.

"Нам дали номер с видом на озеро, номер с кухней, со всей необходимой техникой. Очень удобная кровать."

Не было мыла в туалете, только на кухне (не работал правда диспенсер).

"Значит, возвращаюсь и слышу в номере странные звуки, толи птица толи ещё что то такое, захожу, включен телевизор и там застыл кадр из фильма звонок, где девочка должна вылезти из экрана, и ещё так противно пищит. Ничего не происходит и экран так дрожит, заело видео, как-будто. Чтобы вы знали, я телевизор не включал и вообще не трогал, он сам. Я такой, ты кого напугать хочешь - девочка из звонка? Я тебя сам в телевизоре достану. И взял короче из сети выключил телевизор и сижу гордый, давай думаю, попробуй без питания вылезти из телевизора девочка приведение из звонка, не вылезла. Толи так хозяева отеля шутят, толи тот кто жил в номере до меня, толи девочка из фильма ужасов решила сама показаться, да только, чем ты можешь русских напугать))))0"

"Отель расположен в уютном тихом месте в шаговой доступности от остановок троллейбусов, автобусов и центра города. Большой, чистый номер. Просторный внутренний дворик. В одном квартале с посольством Саудовской Аравии. Все было позитивно."

Разве что вывеску отеля разместить в переулке. А так ориентировался по номеру дома из брони.

The lighting in the room was terrible. Having said that, they happily provided me with a reading lamp,

Судя по всему, предыдущие жильцы пренебрегали правилами и курили в номере, потому что если закрыть окно и зайти спустя пару часов, запах в номере неприятный Слышимость очень высокая, можно записать это в минусы, если бы не стоимость проживания, которая все может объяснить, просто нужно это учитывать, если вы вдруг ожидаете тишины в номере

"Great house with all the equipment you might need, including a microwave and full kitchen tools. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the host was wonderful—funny, talkative, and always helpful. The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. You can park your car right in front of the house. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommended!"
