Дома для отпуска в Гваделупе

"Хороший небольшой отель. Внешне стилизован под старый сельский дворик. Комнаты большие и просторные. В каждом номере душ и туалет. После того как заходишь за ворота попадаешь в большой просторный двор, со столами для обеда и качелями. Внутри двора можно спокойно насладится уходящим днем. Заселение было самостоятельным. Нам просто сообщили где ключи от номеров. Выселение было таким же."

Не знаю с чем было это связано, но утром не было воды. Хорошо что у нас была упаковка воды в машине и мы смогли хотя-бы умыться.

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und komfortabel, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir zwei Bäder hatten und der schöne Garten, in dem man gemütlich frühstücken konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit dass für uns traditionelles Essen gekocht wird, was sehr lecker war, und unsere Wäsche gewaschen wird. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich und freuen uns, nochmal wieder zu kommen :)"

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"Everything was perfect! In real life, the house is even better than in the photos. It has four floors and a very interesting layout. Very cozy, with a lot of attention to details that make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the roof is wonderful. Communication with the host was instant whenever I had any questions, and he was always ready to help. I will definitely come back here again. I’m delighted!"

"Отличный просторный дом с видовыми террасами, маленьким садом и полностью укомплектованной кухней. Ванная комната есть у каждой спальни, на кухне 2 холодильника и морозильный шкаф. В саду растут розы и местные цветы, лайм, апельсин, соусеп и карамбола, территория приватна и достаточна для занятия йогой и загара. Хозяйка- красавица Флосси- добрейший человек, живёт рядом и всегда готова помочь. Удобнее всего перемещаться на автомобиле, но и автобусные остановки недалеко, как и магазин. Очень красивая растительность вокруг, похоже на территорию Ботанического сада"

В низкий сезон повышенная влажность, часто низкие облака опускаются на горы, медленно сохнет бельё. Но это не критично. Также из-за возраста дома и влажности вилла нуждается в проветривании. В доме водятся гекконы, это скорее плюс, так как они защищают дом от прочих насекомых и совершенно не мешают человеку, но если кто-то боится, это нужно учесть

"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön, es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer sind für große Familien und Gruppen die keinen Neubau erwarten, sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Simona und Ton waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser werden wie viele Heizung in der Region durch eine Nachtspeicherheizung erwärmt. Hier wäre es schön wenn man einen Holzofen in den öffentlichen Räumen hätte, um noch schneller auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu kommen.

"Exceptional property has the river running through the front yard, with barbecue, hammock, swing and patio furniture. Two story house has the kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Nice layout and fully equipped with everything you need. Manager was very friendly and helpful."

"Чудесный большой дом с садом, находится фактически в Ботаническом саду (3 минуты до него), идти к морю очень комфортно и красиво, вид невероятный. В доме есть все, что нужно, вплоть до мелочей. Охраняет дом классный пес Джек, самый добрый пес, кого видели, мы его полюбили, дети играли с ним, не хотели уезжать) Есть настольный теннис, гамак, летняя беседка, барбекю, 2 гигантских балкона, 2 просторных санузла. В общем, дом отличный, до пляжа минут 15 пешком. Обратно обычно возвращались на такси за 10-15 лари. До Батуми на машине минут 20, тоже удобно."

"La atención fue de calidez, estuvo siempre atento y facilitándonos la estadía. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo, hay todo a la disposición del visitante. La estancia es únicamente para uso del.visitante, no es compartida, lo que brinda mayor comodidad y tranquilidad."

Podría decir que el olor en un inicio es bastante húmedo, pero ya después se acostumbra y pasa un poco desapercibido.

"Wir hatten telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam jemand und hat den Schlüssel und das Haus übergeben. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Der Plattensee mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Die ganze Siedlung wird nur im Sommer bewohnt. Das sollte man wissen."

Es gab einen Fernseher, aber nur ungarische Programme. Internet war leider nur per Mobil möglich, was das Traffikguthaben ziemlich schmälerte. Wir hatten große Tarife, da ging es schon. Aber mit 10 GB kommt man nicht lange, wenn man Netflix sieht. Prepaid-Internet wäre ne Möglichkeit.

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"Очень доброжелательный хозяин дома. Когда мы приехали, угостил нас чаем, показал свой дом. Дом находится в 10-15 минутах от моря, идти по улице, утопающей в зелени, вокруг дома тоже много зелени, в доме две спальни с кондиционерами, в гостиной и столовой вентиляторы. Можно посидеть на улице на веранде. Но очень много комаров, нужны средства против комаров. Хозяин их любезно предоставил. На кухне есть плита, духовки нет, чайник, микроволновая печь, тостер, холодильник. Дом со старинной красивой мебелью, но нужен немного уход за ней, нужно убрать лишние личные вещи"

Кухню нужно привести в порядок, много вещей, в том числе ведра и швабры для пола просто валяются на кухне, нет уюта. В ванной тоже требуется небольшой ремонт, она не очень приятная.

Location views are wonderful, very quiet location short drive up hill to San Morino and shortdrive down to Rimoni.

"My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay! The villa was clean and safe and we loved the location. The entire space was extremely comfortable and very easy to relax in!"
