"L’emplacement idéal entre la Baie Orientale et Grand-Case, l’îlot Pinel en face et tout cela dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée. L’appartement est idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. Tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin est à disposition."

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Чудесный большой дом с садом, находится фактически в Ботаническом саду (3 минуты до него), идти к морю очень комфортно и красиво, вид невероятный. В доме есть все, что нужно, вплоть до мелочей. Охраняет дом классный пес Джек, самый добрый пес, кого видели, мы его полюбили, дети играли с ним, не хотели уезжать) Есть настольный теннис, гамак, летняя беседка, барбекю, 2 гигантских балкона, 2 просторных санузла. В общем, дом отличный, до пляжа минут 15 пешком. Обратно обычно возвращались на такси за 10-15 лари. До Батуми на машине минут 20, тоже удобно."

"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"Everything was perfect! In real life, the house is even better than in the photos. It has four floors and a very interesting layout. Very cozy, with a lot of attention to details that make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the roof is wonderful. Communication with the host was instant whenever I had any questions, and he was always ready to help. I will definitely come back here again. I’m delighted!"

"Wir hatten telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam jemand und hat den Schlüssel und das Haus übergeben. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Der Plattensee mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Die ganze Siedlung wird nur im Sommer bewohnt. Das sollte man wissen."

Es gab einen Fernseher, aber nur ungarische Programme. Internet war leider nur per Mobil möglich, was das Traffikguthaben ziemlich schmälerte. Wir hatten große Tarife, da ging es schon. Aber mit 10 GB kommt man nicht lange, wenn man Netflix sieht. Prepaid-Internet wäre ne Möglichkeit.

"Все было здорово, на берегу реки - спокойная обстановка - прям для ретрита. Отличная страна и городок - стоит того чтобы посетить. Отдельная благодарность хозяину - полная поддержка в любое время."

Didn't have cell phone signal. It's a little bit of a drive to get to any store.

I didn't like the front door as the wind blew through very easily.

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"Приятный дом. Чистое постельное, полотенца. В доме печное отопление и всегда тепло. Единственное, дрова надо закидывать часто. Два туалета. В каждой спальне по два спальных места. Есть вся необходимая посуда. Не нашли чайник. Но мы в машине всегда свой возим, поэтому для нас не было проблемой. Рядом лес. Можно спуститься к озеру, минут 20"

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"Прекрасное место для большой компании или семейных пар с детьми. Для отдыха в доме есть всё. Чистота и порядок, ухоженность. Очень порадовал гараж. Мы смогли разместить наш автобус. На пляж можно ходить пешком, это минут 15-20, но у нас был транспорт. Особенно благодарим за гостеприимство Рады. Он был очень вежлив. Очень рекомендую остановиться в этом месте. Нас было 3 семьи, всего 8 человек с детьми и всем хватило места."
