"Отличное место для отдыха до/после длительного перелёта. Персонал очень вежливый, старается решить любой вопрос, хоть у нас их и не возникало. Завтрак разнообразен и фрукты , и хлопья , и яичница с сосисками , и макарончики. Не для притязательных, но вполне достойно .У нас был самолет вечером, поздний выезд не смогли оформить, т.к было заселение, но вещи позволяют оставить на ресепшен, за что большое спасибо."

"Everything. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and very clean. You can really feel the love and attention to detail everywhere. The chill areas are great to relax, and the breakfast was more than decent. Amélie, the owner, is an amazing host – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her Auberge is truly a dream."

The only small downside was the location being a bit far from the central bus station, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect the overall great experience.

Месторасположение. Далеко от аэропорта. По схеме долго искала дом,нашла по фото.

"Расположение у хостела очень удобное: у вокзала Кингс Кросс, вокруг очень много кафе разной ценовой категории. Персонал был очень внимательный. Кровати удобные, хорошо, что закрыты от соседа стеной, но храп всё равно слышно 😁 Постельное бельё выдали чистое."

1. Прикроватную тумбочку не почистили от мусора, пыль не протёрли 😕 2. Раковины в спальных комнатах это было удивительно, но это культура Англии наверно, мне непонятно.

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"Понравилось месторасположение. Примерно 500 метров от супермаркетов,300 метров от озера,200 метров рт автобусной станции Понравился персонал,по моей просьбе сразу поменяли номер"

Немного испортило настроение то,что из холодильника на кухне у меня пропали 3 бутылки воды и некоторые продукты. Но это не вина хостела

"Handy to bus stops and restaurants and s great bake/bread shop in front. The security is super and the people running it really nice. I like that they have soft towels and a bath mat in each room. All the extra touches to make it homey. Also there is a great laundry mat right next door. I have stayed there several times.(lol at the hostel. Not the laundry mat)"
