"Месторасположение удобное, в дипломатическом районе. Очень хороший ремонт , красивый интерьер. В номерах и во всем отеле идеальная чистота, вкусно пахнет, номера просторные . Есть большой спортзал, в нем все необходимые тренажёры. Рум сервис хороший, но как по мне дороговато . Завтрак хороший , но если вы более 3х дней , то он надоедает."

Разнообразие завтрака , 1 -3 дня все великолепно, но потом надоедает кушать одно и тоже.

"Большой отель. Из-за повстанцев совершенно пустой. Гостей было немного и внимание со стороны персонала было очень большим. Всё понравилось . Напротив входа в отель есть морской ресторан, очень бюджетно и очень колоритно!"

Все отлично! Свет вырубает во всем Янгоне и поэтому момент подключения трансформатора перегружает все системы(интернет,горячая вода,электричество)

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Не понравилось,что за хороший кофе надо было платить отдельно. На завтраке ограниченный выбор блюд. К сожалению, купаться в лагуне было совсем не комфортно, очень мелко и на дне много чёрных молюсков,на которые было страшно наступать

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Главная проблема - это локация. Она далеко от центра для путешествия пешком и главное, что на картах booking адрес неверный. Отель дальше от озера ещё на километр-полтора примерно. Если ваше путешествие не подразумевает самостоятельной пешеходной прогулки по городу, то проблем в локации нет. Также комментарий, что хозяин отеля может отвечать через 3-4 часа, поэтому о трансфере или каких-то других вопросах предупредите заранее

"Приветливый и внимательный персонал. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, нам разрешили оставить вещи и переодеться, после чего мы отправились на экскурсию по городу. Из номера открывался невероятный вид на княжество Лихтенштейн, реку Рейн и Швейцарию. Ужин был вкусным, а завтрак — обильным и также очень вкусным. Всё очень понравилось!"

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"The breakfast buffet was good quality if a little expensive, make sure you book day before to get a discount."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Небольшой семейный отель расположен в центральной части города, но в тихом квартале. В шаговой доступности 15-20 минут много достопримечательностей, ресторанчиков и кафе."

Не проводят уборку каждый день. Даже мусор не забирают. В отеле ничего нельзя купить: ни воды, ни каких-либо снеков.
