Выбирали отель в основном из-за отзывов о работе Wi-Fi. Бесплатный, работал медленно. Я бы сказал на 5 баллов из 10. В других отелях по отзывам было не лучше. Казино - твердая 2 по 5 бальной системе (могу сравнивать, побывал в казино). Накурено, автоматы принимают то монеты, то купюры. Посетители ходят со стаканами с монетами по игровому залу

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

Плохой вай фай

"Расположение в историческом здании на тихой улице, удобный большой номер, национальный колорит. Вкусные завтраки, матрас с подогревом - это вообще супер-вещь ближе к зиме. Также был и обогреватель в комнате, и все остальное, что должно быть. Все очень чисто и ухожено. Приветливый персонал."

Немного слишком эко-френдли. Чайник-то можно было бы в комнате поставить. Но его не было. Лифта тоже нет, это надо иметь в виду.

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Время работы бассейна неудобное. Надо, чтобы бассейн начинал работать с 06.00 и заканчивал в 21.00.

"Отель находится недалеко от центра Road Town. От аэропорта до отеля стоит закладывать 40 минут - один час в зависимости от пробок. Отель не очень новый, подуставший, оборудован в старом стиле. Но по соотношению цена качество это оптимальный вариант. Также, учитывая, что такси в аэропорту не очень много и они весьма капризные, до других апартаментов они могут отказаться подвозить. До этого отеля они берут заказ. Также, сравнивая с другими объектами, видел, что возле других объектов нет ресторанов или кафе и без транспорта будет проблематично добраться, возле этого отеля кафе находится в 50 метрах. Персонал был очень вежливый и дружелюбный, помогли сделать заказ в кафе и также помогли организовать экскурсию."

Paying was not straight forward, primarily because they play with exchange rates to make a little extra money so that even their staff can get confused.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"В целом, все было хорошо. Отель находится прям напротив вокзала. Старый город в пешей доступности. Рядом полно магазинов. Мне дали номер на одного, одиночная кровать, номер совсем малюсенький, в номере был чайник, чай кофе, сахар. В туалете много полотенец."

"Прекрасное расположение. Доброжелательные и услужливые работники отеля. Вкусные завтраки с видом на центральную улицу. Чистота. Есть бассейн с тенью, где можно отдохнуть днем и расслабиться."

Не понравилось то, что окна расположены не на улицу, не во двор, а в нишу коридора отеля. Это очень странно. Это единственный момент. Но это не минус, а просто такое строение здания.

Бассейн работает с 10.00 до 20.00 Хотелось бы чтоб время начала работы было 08.00

"Вновь останавливались в этом отеле на обратном пути из Ботсваны. В номере есть вентилятор, кондиционер, шкаф с вешалками, зеркала, стол и столики, стулья, чайник, ТВ и так далее - все как указано в описании. Wi-Fi быстрый и стабильный. Есть розетки разных стандартов (как в ЮАР; розетки местного стандарта; C и F - как в России). Как и в предыдущем отзыве, поблагодарю отзывчивых сотрудников - нам помогли организовать такси на 05:45 утра."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Большой отель. Из-за повстанцев совершенно пустой. Гостей было немного и внимание со стороны персонала было очень большим. Всё понравилось . Напротив входа в отель есть морской ресторан, очень бюджетно и очень колоритно!"

Все отлично! Свет вырубает во всем Янгоне и поэтому момент подключения трансформатора перегружает все системы(интернет,горячая вода,электричество)

"Наверное, единственный отель на Соломоновых островах с таким сервисом. Работники доброжелательные. Территория большая, ухоженная, охраняемая. Окна номера выходили на океан. С вай-фай есть немного недоработка, можно присоединить по умолчанию только два устройства, но при обращении в администрацию, они добавляют количество устройств. При отеле есть ресторан и бар. Бар с видом на океан. Ресторан работает до поздна, можно никуда не выходить, если надо поесть. Видно, что работники отеля стараются."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Очень мягкий матрас на кровати, спать не удобно, нет ресторана , если заселился в обед, то за ужином нужно будет идти в другое место.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

В ванной комнате нет лишних запахов, напор воды отличный (в старом фонде санузел часто бывает слабым местом). Полотенца заменяли каждый день. Внутренний дворик с пальмами и другими растениями, в том числе вечнозелёными"

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"
