"Небольшой семейный отель расположен в центральной части города, но в тихом квартале. В шаговой доступности 15-20 минут много достопримечательностей, ресторанчиков и кафе."

Не проводят уборку каждый день. Даже мусор не забирают. В отеле ничего нельзя купить: ни воды, ни каких-либо снеков.

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

Немного слишком эко-френдли. Чайник-то можно было бы в комнате поставить. Но его не было. Лифта тоже нет, это надо иметь в виду.

Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Paying was not straight forward, primarily because they play with exchange rates to make a little extra money so that even their staff can get confused.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

"хороший отель, персонал говорит по-английски, очень чисто, в номере чайник, утюг, гладильная доска, есть бассейн, вкусный завтрак с большим выбором"

3 дня из 6 вода была чуть теплая, при этом душ американского типа, из стены, льет прямо на голову, даже если не планировал ее мыть, крана нет. Розетки в номере только под американскую вилку, на ресепшене переходник еле выпросили, купить негде в здании, хотя есть торговый центр

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"Доброжелательные сотрудники, говорят на трех языках. Перед нашим выселением преподнесли прекрасный презент! В номере не слышно гостей из других номеров. Большая удобная кровать и просторный номер. В ванной комнате нет лишних запахов, напор воды отличный (в старом фонде санузел часто бывает слабым местом). Полотенца заменяли каждый день. Внутренний дворик с пальмами и другими растениями, в том числе вечнозелёными"

There was nothing I didn't like.

"Расположение вблизи от центра и вокзалов. Отличные завтраки («шведский стол»), тепло, все удобства, чайник в номере. Мы так поняли, что нам повысили категорию номера бесплатно, спасибо!"

В начале были проблемы с двухместной кроватью. Считаю, что раз есть выбор, то выполнение пожелания гостей должно быть обязательным, а не опциональным для отеля. Вай-фай оставляет желать лучшего.

Далековато от пляжа и нет холодильника в номере

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Приехали ночью раньше времени. Дали номер без проблем. Номер чистый ,кровать удобная. В отеле тихо . Расположение хорошее , аэропорт недалеко( 60 юаней на такси) , метро рядом. Завтрак хороший , все есть."

Не понравился ресторан. На завтраках выбор неплохой, но всё холодное. На ужине понравилось одно блюдо, всё было на троечку. Если бы не ресторан Манана напротив отеля впечатления были бы совсем другие от отеля. Букинг обещал бесплатный трансфер от и до аэропорта в оферте, но это оказалось вранье. Никто не встретил и на отлëте все пропали, на мои письма никто не реагировал. Поэтому цена на Букинге выше чем у других агрегаторов. В следующий раз сто раз подумаю. Спасибо

"We very much liked the experience but the shower head was faulty"

Mattress is not comfortable.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

The breakfast a bit poor

The room is quite old and small.

"Все было отлично. Хорошее расположение. Много парковочных мест. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Чистота в номере. Номер уютный, удобные кровати. Вкусные завтрак и обед. Ужин не брали. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. СПА, баня, не большие, человек н 6. Но очень комфортно. Рекомендую."

Не было одноразовых тапочек в номере, из-за этого у меня все время мерзли ноги и я немного заболела из-за холодного пола. Я ожидала что в номере люксе будут одноразовые тапочки. Потому что обычно в отелях они есть в номере. Ещё мне бы хотелось видеть какие нибудь предложения экскурсий, турагенств и гидов прямо из отеля, поездки или туристические маршруты, я бы хотела куда нибудь съездить, но не смогла найти ничего самостоятельно потому что я не говорю на французском. Но это просто пожелание. Также я не смогла найти их сайт или контакт в интернете, чтобы забронировать или связаться с отелем напрямую.
