"Полное соответствие "цена-качество-местоположение". При зарубежных поездках, с моей точки зрения, это самый важный критерий. Рекомендую этот отель."

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"Location was perfect for us and breakfast was good - not many choices but good."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Но по соотношению цена качество это оптимальный вариант. Также, учитывая, что такси в аэропорту не очень много и они весьма капризные, до других апартаментов они могут отказаться подвозить. До этого отеля они берут заказ. Также, сравнивая с другими объектами, видел, что возле других объектов нет ресторанов или кафе и без транспорта будет проблематично добраться, возле этого отеля кафе находится в 50 метрах. Персонал был очень вежливый и дружелюбный, помогли сделать заказ в кафе и также помогли организовать экскурсию."

Не закрывалась дверь в ванной поломан был замок , не самая лучшая шумо изоляция.

"Местоположение идеальное (ездили в Брюгге и Бланкенберге с вокзала, на выходных минус 50% на ЖД билеты), каждый раз останавливаемся здесь. Тишина и отличный матрас - сон крепкий и чудесный. Персонал отзывчивый - помогает со всеми просьбами."

Не хватает ложки для обуви в номере. Было бы неплохо обновить ремонт в отеле. Но в целом мы довольны тишиной и тем, что отель находится около вокзала сразу.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"Приехали ночью раньше времени. Дали номер без проблем. Номер чистый ,кровать удобная. В отеле тихо . Расположение хорошее , аэропорт недалеко( 60 юаней на такси) , метро рядом. Завтрак хороший , все есть."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"Очень хорошее место для ночевки с бесплатной парковкой, что почти невероятно в Сан Марино. Номер был уютный и чистый. И еще мы великолепно поужинали в отеле: пицца и пиво были восхитительны! Виды из окна на долины были волшебные! Отель очень удобен для путешественников на машине! Спасибо хозяевам, они отлично встречают постояльцев и заботятся о них. Рекомендую!"

В отеле всё продумано и главное не ухудшать этот уровень.

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

"отличная локация, тихое место, со своим пляжем, с шикарным видом из окна. есть парковка. отличные завтраки. есть удобный общественный транспорт в старый город, до которого ехать минут 10, можно было даже не двигать машину с парковки. Дубровник немного игрушечный, приятный город. очень красивое море, жалко, что погода не позволила в нем искупаться. самые приятные впечатления, мы с удовольствием вернемся сюда еще."

в гостинице нет лифта.

Не понравилось,что за хороший кофе надо было платить отдельно. На завтраке ограниченный выбор блюд. К сожалению, купаться в лагуне было совсем не комфортно, очень мелко и на дне много чёрных молюсков,на которые было страшно наступать

The shower head was leaking.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Maybe a little far from services but nothing else .

Beds had small split pillows instead of one big pillow.

Далековато от пляжа и нет холодильника в номере

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Everything was perfect.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

Note that the breakfast is in extra but exquisite !

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.
