"Местоположение идеальное (ездили в Брюгге и Бланкенберге с вокзала, на выходных минус 50% на ЖД билеты), каждый раз останавливаемся здесь. Тишина и отличный матрас - сон крепкий и чудесный. Персонал отзывчивый - помогает со всеми просьбами."

Не хватает ложки для обуви в номере. Было бы неплохо обновить ремонт в отеле. Но в целом мы довольны тишиной и тем, что отель находится около вокзала сразу.

Все хорошо, но первый раз увидел на Букинге, что в цену не включены налоги. Это меня немного подвело

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"Отель хорошо расположен. Внутри все стильно, красиво. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Номер красивый, чистый, комфортный, кровать очень удобная. Есть все для приготовления чая и кофе (хотя сам кофе ужасный). Есть косметика для душа. Красивый вид из окна, и окно открывается. Заказывали еду в номер - было вкусно."

Весь отель насквозь прокурен, просто при входе в лобби вы погружаетесь в вонь прокуренных ковров. Эта же вонь в коридорах на этажах, на завтраке, периодиски в ванной у нас тоже воняло табаком (очевидно через вытяжку). Просила дать нам 2 отдельных одеяла, в сообщениях запрос подтвердили, но по факту не выполнили. Специально выбирали отель с крытым бассейном, чтоб проводить там время с ребенком в плохую погоду. В итоге смогли пробыть там менее получаса, т.к. в помещении бассейна очень холодно. Не говоря уже о том, что за полотенца для бассейна с нас попросили деньги. На завтраке вроде бы неплохой выбор, но по факту многое неприемлемого качества - ужасно черствые круасаны, пережаренная картошка, бумажные сосиски, безвкусные овощи. Плохой wifi, который часто отваливался. Приходилось пользоваться мобильным.

В ванной комнате нет лишних запахов, напор воды отличный (в старом фонде санузел часто бывает слабым местом). Полотенца заменяли каждый день. Внутренний дворик с пальмами и другими растениями, в том числе вечнозелёными"

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"Отличное место, с шикарным видом. Вечером пройти 300м и можно наблюдать над заповедником просто шикарный закат. Номер отличный, современный, чистый, подсветки и тд. Маленькая терраса, парковка бесплатная и близко. Завтрак отличный, выбор большой. Отличный персонал, вежливо и доступно все объясняют, Sanda замечательный сотрудник."

Отель близко к дороге, которая очень даже оживлена. Ночью с открытыми окнами не поспишь, шумо изоляция ужасная, с соседями живете одной семьей. Беруши решают вопрос. Несмотря на выше сказанное, время проведено отлично и вернусь еще.

Виды из окна на долины были волшебные! Отель очень удобен для путешественников на машине! Спасибо хозяевам, они отлично встречают постояльцев и заботятся о них. Рекомендую!"

В отеле всё продумано и главное не ухудшать этот уровень.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Изначально предложенный нам номер не соответствовал фото на букинге. Это был темный номер, в котором пахло сыростью. Не работала часть розеток, почти не работал Wi-Fi, вид из окна оставлял желать лучшего. После жалобы администратору, нас поселили в другой номер. Как нам объяснили, нам бесплатно обновили номер на номер более высокого класса. Этот номер был действительно приятным и уже соответствовал тому, что мы заказывали на букинге. Осталось только гадать, нас поселили в неправильный номер изначально, либо описание номеров на букинге не соответствует действительности...

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Shaky internet and the rooms abit small for the pricing.

"Удивительно уютный отель, в которой можно попасть только по воде - на лодке ($1 с человека от центрального причала, плыть буквально 3 минуты)."

Экскурсии, которые предложил отель, в агентствах у центрального причала стоили в 2 раза дешевле. Например, разница $400 против $200 за экскурсию на Северный Сеймур - очень велика.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"Прекрасное расположение. Доброжелательные и услужливые работники отеля. Вкусные завтраки с видом на центральную улицу. Чистота. Есть бассейн с тенью, где можно отдохнуть днем и расслабиться."

Не понравилось то, что окна расположены не на улицу, не во двор, а в нишу коридора отеля. Это очень странно. Это единственный момент. Но это не минус, а просто такое строение здания.
