The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

Мне все понравилось. Отель уставший, но что вы хотите за такие деньги.

"Миленький частный отель с очень радушным и приятным персоналом. Нам дали номер выше категорией, чем мы заказывали. Ванная, комната и постельное - все очень чистое, убирались каждый день. Слышимости критичной нет. Ресепшен работает только до 8 вечера, есть небольшой автомат, где можно взять напитки, оплата после выселения. По расположению - удобно добираться с вокзала, туда и обратно мы шли пешком. До центра города минут 25-30 пешком, немного далековато, но не критично. Ресторанов по близости не очень много, лучше идти в центр, в десяти минутах есть Американское кафе, продуктовый 👍"

Оплата только на месте. Только вегетарианские завтраки. Нет кондиционеров в номере и сеток на окнах.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"Месторасположение удобное, в дипломатическом районе. Очень хороший ремонт , красивый интерьер. В номерах и во всем отеле идеальная чистота, вкусно пахнет, номера просторные . Есть большой спортзал, в нем все необходимые тренажёры. Рум сервис хороший, но как по мне дороговато . Завтрак хороший , но если вы более 3х дней , то он надоедает."

Разнообразие завтрака , 1 -3 дня все великолепно, но потом надоедает кушать одно и тоже.

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Maybe a little far from services but nothing else .

"Местоположение идеальное (ездили в Брюгге и Бланкенберге с вокзала, на выходных минус 50% на ЖД билеты), каждый раз останавливаемся здесь. Тишина и отличный матрас - сон крепкий и чудесный. Персонал отзывчивый - помогает со всеми просьбами."

Не хватает ложки для обуви в номере. Было бы неплохо обновить ремонт в отеле. Но в целом мы довольны тишиной и тем, что отель находится около вокзала сразу.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

В номере есть вентилятор, кондиционер, шкаф с вешалками, зеркала, стол и столики, стулья, чайник, ТВ и так далее - все как указано в описании. Wi-Fi быстрый и стабильный. Есть розетки разных стандартов (как в ЮАР; розетки местного стандарта; C и F - как в России). Как и в предыдущем отзыве, поблагодарю отзывчивых сотрудников - нам помогли организовать такси на 05:45 утра."

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

"Очень вежливый персонал, откликается на любые просьбы, хороший и чистый бассейн с морской водой, великолепные завтраки и ужины, на любой вкус и рыба, морепродукты и мясо, много овощей и фруктов, разнообразные десерты, для детей морожено в не ограниченном количестве, хорошее расположение, хороший европейский тихий отель, с вечерними развлекательными программами, близкое расположение к порту и за 20 мин вы уже на острове Гозо"

Фен в номере был старого образца и маломощный

"Все было отлично. Хорошее расположение. Много парковочных мест. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Чистота в номере. Номер уютный, удобные кровати. Вкусные завтрак и обед. Ужин не брали. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. СПА, баня, не большие, человек н 6. Но очень комфортно. Рекомендую."

Очень мягкий матрас на кровати, спать не удобно, нет ресторана , если заселился в обед, то за ужином нужно будет идти в другое место.
