Главная проблема - это локация. Она далеко от центра для путешествия пешком и главное, что на картах booking адрес неверный. Отель дальше от озера ещё на километр-полтора примерно. Если ваше путешествие не подразумевает самостоятельной пешеходной прогулки по городу, то проблем в локации нет. Также комментарий, что хозяин отеля может отвечать через 3-4 часа, поэтому о трансфере или каких-то других вопросах предупредите заранее

Вкусная еда в местном ресторане, что было полезно, поскольку были в Каире во время Рамадана, в городе поужинать оказалось проблематично. Рекомендую отель."

Очень мягкий матрас на кровати, спать не удобно, нет ресторана , если заселился в обед, то за ужином нужно будет идти в другое место.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Everything was perfect.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"Наверное, единственный отель на Соломоновых островах с таким сервисом. Работники доброжелательные. Территория большая, ухоженная, охраняемая. Окна номера выходили на океан. С вай-фай есть немного недоработка, можно присоединить по умолчанию только два устройства, но при обращении в администрацию, они добавляют количество устройств. При отеле есть ресторан и бар. Бар с видом на океан. Ресторан работает до поздна, можно никуда не выходить, если надо поесть. Видно, что работники отеля стараются."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"отличная локация, тихое место, со своим пляжем, с шикарным видом из окна. есть парковка. отличные завтраки. есть удобный общественный транспорт в старый город, до которого ехать минут 10, можно было даже не двигать машину с парковки. Дубровник немного игрушечный, приятный город. очень красивое море, жалко, что погода не позволила в нем искупаться. самые приятные впечатления, мы с удовольствием вернемся сюда еще."
