Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

Главная проблема - это локация. Она далеко от центра для путешествия пешком и главное, что на картах booking адрес неверный. Отель дальше от озера ещё на километр-полтора примерно. Если ваше путешествие не подразумевает самостоятельной пешеходной прогулки по городу, то проблем в локации нет. Также комментарий, что хозяин отеля может отвечать через 3-4 часа, поэтому о трансфере или каких-то других вопросах предупредите заранее

Время работы бассейна неудобное. Надо, чтобы бассейн начинал работать с 06.00 и заканчивал в 21.00.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Выбирали отель в основном из-за отзывов о работе Wi-Fi. Бесплатный, работал медленно. Я бы сказал на 5 баллов из 10. В других отелях по отзывам было не лучше. Казино - твердая 2 по 5 бальной системе (могу сравнивать, побывал в казино). Накурено, автоматы принимают то монеты, то купюры. Посетители ходят со стаканами с монетами по игровому залу

"Месторасположение удобное, в дипломатическом районе. Очень хороший ремонт , красивый интерьер. В номерах и во всем отеле идеальная чистота, вкусно пахнет, номера просторные . Есть большой спортзал, в нем все необходимые тренажёры. Рум сервис хороший, но как по мне дороговато . Завтрак хороший , но если вы более 3х дней , то он надоедает."

Разнообразие завтрака , 1 -3 дня все великолепно, но потом надоедает кушать одно и тоже.

Очень мягкий матрас на кровати, спать не удобно, нет ресторана , если заселился в обед, то за ужином нужно будет идти в другое место.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Приехали ночью раньше времени. Дали номер без проблем. Номер чистый ,кровать удобная. В отеле тихо . Расположение хорошее , аэропорт недалеко( 60 юаней на такси) , метро рядом. Завтрак хороший , все есть."

В номере отопление воздухом шумное.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"отличная локация, тихое место, со своим пляжем, с шикарным видом из окна. есть парковка. отличные завтраки. есть удобный общественный транспорт в старый город, до которого ехать минут 10, можно было даже не двигать машину с парковки. Дубровник немного игрушечный, приятный город. очень красивое море, жалко, что погода не позволила в нем искупаться. самые приятные впечатления, мы с удовольствием вернемся сюда еще."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Плохой вай фай

"хороший отель, персонал говорит по-английски, очень чисто, в номере чайник, утюг, гладильная доска, есть бассейн, вкусный завтрак с большим выбором"

3 дня из 6 вода была чуть теплая, при этом душ американского типа, из стены, льет прямо на голову, даже если не планировал ее мыть, крана нет. Розетки в номере только под американскую вилку, на ресепшене переходник еле выпросили, купить негде в здании, хотя есть торговый центр

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"Прекрасное расположение. Доброжелательные и услужливые работники отеля. Вкусные завтраки с видом на центральную улицу. Чистота. Есть бассейн с тенью, где можно отдохнуть днем и расслабиться."

Не понравилось то, что окна расположены не на улицу, не во двор, а в нишу коридора отеля. Это очень странно. Это единственный момент. Но это не минус, а просто такое строение здания.

"Абсолютно все понравилось - отзывчивый персонал, ухоженная территория, прекрасное бунгало с видом на пляж. Пляж отдельная тема - один из лучших на Сейшелах - мелкий белый песочек, бирюзовая теплая вода, камни , пальмы. Еда - включены отличные завтраки (приносят заварное кофе), полдник (чай/кофе, несколько видов выпечки), ужин (сначала небольшое шоу, живая музыка, отличная еда на любой вкус). Днем устраивают развлечения для всех гостей. Хочу отдельно отметить такую важную деталь - при бронировании требовалась обязательная предоплата , а российские карты не работают более на этом ресурсе, поэтому после брони (ее можно сделать даже с неработающей картой) я написала в отель с просьбой не удалять неоплаченное бронирование и сотрудники пошли на встречу! Я заплатила уже по приезду! Большое спасибо за гостеприимство ! Однозначно рекомендую"

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"We have enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, bar, pool, outdoor facilities. During our stay, we appreciated the quality of services and reception by the staff."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.
