"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

В описании номера (бизнес-люкс) и его фотографиях не было понятно возможно использовать диван в гостиной как отдельное спальное место.

Не закрывалась дверь в ванной поломан был замок , не самая лучшая шумо изоляция.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

Не было одноразовых тапочек в номере, из-за этого у меня все время мерзли ноги и я немного заболела из-за холодного пола. Я ожидала что в номере люксе будут одноразовые тапочки. Потому что обычно в отелях они есть в номере. Ещё мне бы хотелось видеть какие нибудь предложения экскурсий, турагенств и гидов прямо из отеля, поездки или туристические маршруты, я бы хотела куда нибудь съездить, но не смогла найти ничего самостоятельно потому что я не говорю на французском. Но это просто пожелание. Также я не смогла найти их сайт или контакт в интернете, чтобы забронировать или связаться с отелем напрямую.

"Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт. Огромная благодарность за это хозяину отеля. Также он был со мной на связи, уточнял, как дела. Ещё большая благодарность за то, что он помог поменять доллары. Завтраки вкусные. Африканский чай отличный Номер был большой и просторный Территория отеля зелёная и приятная."

Главная проблема - это локация. Она далеко от центра для путешествия пешком и главное, что на картах booking адрес неверный. Отель дальше от озера ещё на километр-полтора примерно. Если ваше путешествие не подразумевает самостоятельной пешеходной прогулки по городу, то проблем в локации нет. Также комментарий, что хозяин отеля может отвечать через 3-4 часа, поэтому о трансфере или каких-то других вопросах предупредите заранее

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

"Небольшой семейный отель расположен в центральной части города, но в тихом квартале. В шаговой доступности 15-20 минут много достопримечательностей, ресторанчиков и кафе."

Не проводят уборку каждый день. Даже мусор не забирают. В отеле ничего нельзя купить: ни воды, ни каких-либо снеков.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Bed was a bit too soft ( and we prefer a soft bed!). Breakfast availability was very unclear as it is served at an alternative nearby location, so it wasn't advertised at all. Our suite furnishings were very outdated downstairs and the curtains were old and broken and didnt close.
