Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Изначально предложенный нам номер не соответствовал фото на букинге. Это был темный номер, в котором пахло сыростью. Не работала часть розеток, почти не работал Wi-Fi, вид из окна оставлял желать лучшего. После жалобы администратору, нас поселили в другой номер. Как нам объяснили, нам бесплатно обновили номер на номер более высокого класса. Этот номер был действительно приятным и уже соответствовал тому, что мы заказывали на букинге. Осталось только гадать, нас поселили в неправильный номер изначально, либо описание номеров на букинге не соответствует действительности...

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Абсолютно все понравилось - отзывчивый персонал, ухоженная территория, прекрасное бунгало с видом на пляж. Пляж отдельная тема - один из лучших на Сейшелах - мелкий белый песочек, бирюзовая теплая вода, камни , пальмы. Еда - включены отличные завтраки (приносят заварное кофе), полдник (чай/кофе, несколько видов выпечки), ужин (сначала небольшое шоу, живая музыка, отличная еда на любой вкус). Днем устраивают развлечения для всех гостей. Хочу отдельно отметить такую важную деталь - при бронировании требовалась обязательная предоплата , а российские карты не работают более на этом ресурсе, поэтому после брони (ее можно сделать даже с неработающей картой) я написала в отель с просьбой не удалять неоплаченное бронирование и сотрудники пошли на встречу! Я заплатила уже по приезду! Большое спасибо за гостеприимство ! Однозначно рекомендую"

"Местоположение идеальное! Красивый,чистый район, удобная транспортная доступность, рядом много маленьких ресторанчиков и магазинов. Само здание историческое и выходит окнами на небольшой сквер и красивую церковь.Номера чистые и хорошо оборудованы. Есть возможность оставить вещи в камере хранения, как до заселения, так и после освобождения номера, причём этот процесс хорошо организован. В целом, мы бронировали номер с большой скидкой, поэтому цена- качество нас вполне устроили."

Надо обратить внимание, что последний этаж, это современная надстройка. Это следует указывать при бронировании, так как этот факт может повлиять на выбор номера... Очень не понравился процесс заселения. Время заселения 15.00, что позже обычных 14. Но главная проблема в том, что сам процесс начинается ровно в 15 ! То есть все кто заселяется в этот день, а это был понедельник, выстраиваются в очередь и только с 15 часов начинают процесс заполнения формы и оплаты. Не понятно почему нельзя оформлять гостей по мере их прибытия , а в 15 часов просто выдавать ключи от номера? Ожидание в очереди портит самое важное, первое, впечатление от гостиницы! В результате мы заселились только в 15.45, и далеко не последними....

Далековато от пляжа и нет холодильника в номере

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

The pool was often closed to guests

"Отличный пляж. У остальных отелей в Нунгви выход к пляжу не самый лучший. У отеля My Blue отличный выход к океану, не сильно ощущается отлив. Во время отлива нужны аквашузы, тк есть ежи, в прилив аквашузы не нужны. На дне встречаются морские звезды. Место проведения завтраков на берегу, завтраки очень изобильные и классные. Персонал приветливый. У лежаков есть бассейн, они бесплатные. Полотенца выдают бесплатно. От лежаков до пляжа 1 секунда. У бассейна есть душ. WiFi стабилен даже в номере. Территория отеля ухоженная и зеленая, есть садовники. Уборка номеров ежедневная. В номерах бывают комары: берите фумигаторы. Отель классный"

При выезде считают траты, в чек было включено то, что мы не заказывали. Проверяйте чек. У номеров слабая шумоизоляция, НО во всех отелях на Занзибаре такая изоляция

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Есть большой спортзал, в нем все необходимые тренажёры. Рум сервис хороший, но как по мне дороговато . Завтрак хороший , но если вы более 3х дней , то он надоедает."

Разнообразие завтрака , 1 -3 дня все великолепно, но потом надоедает кушать одно и тоже.

Bed was a bit too soft ( and we prefer a soft bed!). Breakfast availability was very unclear as it is served at an alternative nearby location, so it wasn't advertised at all. Our suite furnishings were very outdated downstairs and the curtains were old and broken and didnt close.
