"I enjoyed the ocean view of my room and the location is very convenient, and easy to go anywhere."

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

Далековато от пляжа и нет холодильника в номере

"Завтрак был вкусным. Персонал в ресторане были отзывчивые и внимательные. Ребёнку отдельно приготовили манную кашу когда попросили, спасибо! 🫰👍"

Кафели на полу отклеились и там собиралась вода.

"отличная локация, тихое место, со своим пляжем, с шикарным видом из окна. есть парковка. отличные завтраки. есть удобный общественный транспорт в старый город, до которого ехать минут 10, можно было даже не двигать машину с парковки. Дубровник немного игрушечный, приятный город. очень красивое море, жалко, что погода не позволила в нем искупаться. самые приятные впечатления, мы с удовольствием вернемся сюда еще."

в гостинице нет лифта.

Время работы бассейна неудобное. Надо, чтобы бассейн начинал работать с 06.00 и заканчивал в 21.00.

Beds had small split pillows instead of one big pillow.

Bed was a bit too soft ( and we prefer a soft bed!). Breakfast availability was very unclear as it is served at an alternative nearby location, so it wasn't advertised at all. Our suite furnishings were very outdated downstairs and the curtains were old and broken and didnt close.

В описании номера (бизнес-люкс) и его фотографиях не было понятно возможно использовать диван в гостиной как отдельное спальное место.

"Comfortable beds, nice shower. The staff is friendly and helped me with all my needs. The restaurant is great."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Местоположение идеальное (ездили в Брюгге и Бланкенберге с вокзала, на выходных минус 50% на ЖД билеты), каждый раз останавливаемся здесь. Тишина и отличный матрас - сон крепкий и чудесный. Персонал отзывчивый - помогает со всеми просьбами."

Не хватает ложки для обуви в номере. Было бы неплохо обновить ремонт в отеле. Но в целом мы довольны тишиной и тем, что отель находится около вокзала сразу.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"В целом, все было хорошо. Отель находится прям напротив вокзала. Старый город в пешей доступности. Рядом полно магазинов. Мне дали номер на одного, одиночная кровать, номер совсем малюсенький, в номере был чайник, чай кофе, сахар. В туалете много полотенец."

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Главная проблема - это локация. Она далеко от центра для путешествия пешком и главное, что на картах booking адрес неверный. Отель дальше от озера ещё на километр-полтора примерно. Если ваше путешествие не подразумевает самостоятельной пешеходной прогулки по городу, то проблем в локации нет. Также комментарий, что хозяин отеля может отвечать через 3-4 часа, поэтому о трансфере или каких-то других вопросах предупредите заранее

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

3 дня из 6 вода была чуть теплая, при этом душ американского типа, из стены, льет прямо на голову, даже если не планировал ее мыть, крана нет. Розетки в номере только под американскую вилку, на ресепшене переходник еле выпросили, купить негде в здании, хотя есть торговый центр

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Есть розетки разных стандартов (как в ЮАР; розетки местного стандарта; C и F - как в России). Как и в предыдущем отзыве, поблагодарю отзывчивых сотрудников - нам помогли организовать такси на 05:45 утра."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.
