"Приятная хозяйка. Было уютно как дома. Есть и кухня со всем необходимым. Бесплатная парковка с теньком. Можно с собакой без доплаты. Удобная кровать. Балкон на котором можно кушать и отдыхать. В доме есть электрочайник, угощают круассанами ,пончиками, так же кофе , чай сахар , соль , масло и тп. Так же есть и алкогольные напитки можно угощаться. это очень приятные бонусы и плюсы! До моря 10-15 минут пешком до центра около 20-25 минут пешком"

"Всё понравилось. Местораспрложение: 20 минут пешком до пляжа, 5 минут на машине, до старого города 40 минут пешком и 8 минут на машине. Дружелюбная хозяйка. Парковочное место в тени. Сами апартаменты чистые и уютные, чувствуется, что делали их с душой и заботой о комфорте. Можно с собакой. Есть балкон. Есть бесплатный мини бар, где можно попробовать хорватские настойки, так же есть кофе и чай."

"Very pleasant host, quick communication. We also appreciated shared table in the hall with amenities (hair dryer, kettle) and little treats (coffee, croissants, oil, salt, ...). The appartment was very lovely."

"Location was great in a quiet neighbourhood, room looked even better than in the photos. The terrace was cute, the kitchen had all the amentites that were needed. Extra blankets were available if needed. The host was very friendly and kind! Would definitely reccomend!"

"Very spacious apartment in nice quiet area. Our host was very warm and helpful, and was there to greet us and give us the keys at check-in. The apartment itself is super cutely decorated, big and comfy, with a well stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals if you wish. There's air-conditioning if you are worried about the heat in summer. Two large supermarkets are just a few minutes drive away. We had a lovely view of the garden, and appreciated having parking included. We did not try to walk to the old town directly from our apartment, only as we were a bit short on time, but it looked like a very doable walk if you want to avoid paying for parking in town."

"The shower door was missing at the time of our stay - I assume due to it currently being in repair. As a result we had to be careful where the showerhead was aimed when showering otherwise the bathroom floor would get soaking wet. Also no plug for the kitchen sink, that we could find. These were minor problems, and we still very much enjoyed our stay."

"Tricky shower use - hard to use it without flooding the bathroom floor but you can learn how to use it quite fast."

"It is very cute and Croatian house in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. Carmen and Mario took good care of the house and the garden. I had my studio- with my kitchen, shower, bathroom- I like it very much. As I could make expresso and simple breakfast as I want. It is 15 mins walk to the beach, and 4 mins walk from supermarket, bike rental, and pharmacy. 15-20 mins walk to the old town. I stayed one week, and really enjoy living here as I feel like home, and experience local culture- the most importantly, Carmen will give you the best tips on restaurants, how to enjoy Rovinj- you can stay like a local!"

"Everything was perfect, from the hosts, to the stylish and beautiful apartment. In reality it was more beautiful than in the pictures. It was clean, the room had everything we desired. Lots of space for parking. Thank you for the great stay."
