"Room was really nice and spacious, the pool and beach were really nice and the staff in hotel and cafe were really nice and went out their way to help us. It’s close to lovely town of Rogoznica with impressive harbour full of mega yachts and nice cafes"

"The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the three pleasant swimming pools, and the restaurant with a varied menu. Above all, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated."

"Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major downside. During our 7-day stay, we didn’t receive any fresh towels or clean bed linen (not even the pillowcases were changed). The room was only minimally cleaned—just a quick sweep, while the toilet was left untouched. We had to repeatedly ask for new towels and toilet paper, which became quite frustrating over time. (Eventually we bought our own) Sadly, this detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience."

"This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the country. The apartments at the hotel were large and very well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the pools and private beach were gorgeous and never got too crowded. Lovely family hotel just walking distance from a gorgeous small town with lots of restaurants and shops."

"We must highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, who always tried to accommodate all our requests and comments. We also very positively value the quietness of the hotel without unnecessary entertainment programs, the generally good quality of the plastic windows which insulate noise well, air conditioning in every room, and the cleanliness of the room service. The low occupancy meant there was always space on the beach or by the pool — although we spent minimal time there. Free and comfortable sunbeds by the pool, fair prices in the restaurant, and the spaciousness of the premium family apartment including the large terrace were all appreciated. So for a family with a dog, we had plenty of space for everyone."

"Unfortunately, here’s a longer list of shortcomings — not everything that glitters is gold. The hotel does not match the photos at all, and we will be requesting compensation from Booking.com. The “De-Luxe” apartment was okay, although many kitchen items were missing and the overall quality was low. The terrace was full of worn-out, rusty, dirty, and damaged furniture. Sound insulation between rooms was poor — we endured a Polish party for two nights. Breakfast was extremely basic and didn’t change during the entire stay. If you like eggs, you’ll survive — otherwise, it was cheap food and bad coffee. The staff washed dishes by hand, and the plates were mismatched. Reception looked nice but was just for show. The terrace view was of construction mess, and the playground was unsafe. Sports facilities were unusable except for a tennis court. Many areas were under slow construction, likely due to budget issues. We paid €380/night after a discount for a two-bedroom apartment — the same price as a 5-star Hyatt in the UAE, where we were treated like royalty. The beach felt more like a pond, with trash everywhere despite daily cleaning. The private pool shown in photos is used by the unfriendly hotel owner, who harassed our children without reason. Although reception apologized and offered a cake, we no longer felt welcome or safe. Overall, a big disappointment for the price."
