Недавно отремонтированная каменная вилла Varoš находится в двух шагах от дворцом Диоклетиана в одном из старейших районов Сплита, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от многочисленных достопримечательностей. Из порта, расстояние до которого составляет всего 2 км, отправляются паромы до островов Шолта, Брач и Хвар. Тоже гости могут позагорать на песчаном пляже неподалеку или отправиться осматривать памятники Сплита, который включен в список Всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО. Оборудованные кондиционером комнаты для гостей расположены на 3 этажах. Подняться к номерам можно только по лестнице. По запросу предоставляются места для сна на нижних этажах.

"Мы прилетели в 6 утра, и нас заселили в 12 вместо 15. Нас встретил Георгий сразу по приезду, освободил от сумок. Мы гуляли по утреннему городу, и в 12 уже добрались до постели. За что ему очень благодарны. Очень тихо, хоть и в центре, множество кафешек на любой вкус. Место, куда ещё можно приехать автомобилю (авто в старый город не пускают) - рядом от апартаментов. И все красоты старого города рядом. Трансфер из аэропорта тоже был организован Георгием. Все четко, без накладок, очень вежливый таксист, на следующий день увез нас в марину в районе Задара. Апартаменты прекрасны для, семьи. Две комнаты, нам на двоих с внуком, было совсем удобно. Всё необходимое есть для комфортного проживания. Прекрасная терраска на свежем воздухе, с видом на крыши домов. Мне, как курящей бабушке, было очень-очень)))."

"The property is in a great spot. A very short walk gets you to the promenade and the old town/ Diocletian’s place. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets (even a beer shop) very close by. The apartment was clean and spacious and the balcony was a bonus. The owner was available when needed and very friendly and helpful."
"A brush to sweep the floor, a tea towel to dry the dishes and maybe some tea/coffee/milk would have been nice, but we are British and it probably wouldn’t be an issue for other nationalities."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"The rooms were very clean and the balcony was overlooking the beach. You have Restaurant’s a few feet away. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away , it is a little pricey but I suggest you stock up on essentials before you arrive. The beach 🏝️ is a few steps away and the water is amazing. Small shops along the waterfront include a small bakery stand, fruit stand, icecream and crepes, restaurants and 3 shops with all the beach essentials."
