"Our stay at Trident Chennai was wonderful from start to finish. The team were incredibly welcoming, going out of their way to ensure we felt genuinely cared for and valued as guests — their hospitality felt warm and sincere. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with easily the best coffee we had in India. Our room was perfect in every way; we only wish we could have stayed longer to properly enjoy the pool."

"Ease of access to the airport. Amazingly thoughtful, helpful and professional staff. When some work needed to be done near our room they preemptively ensured we were moved to a suite to ensure we were not disturbed. Much needed as we had to catch up on our sleep. Our departure to the airport was very early but they thoughtfully provided snacks and tea/coffee for those missing the excellent breakfast buffet. Hotel and pool area are a lovely place to spend time. Everything is incredibly clean."
"Not perfect for central Chennai but, that said, the very efficient metro is not far away and would take you straight into town. Alcoholic drinks were very expensive but that is true generally in Tamil Nadu."

The team is outstanding regarding their service. Especially Rose and Priya from the front desk are extremely nice and welcoming. The value for the price is really good. We were really surprised about all the complimentary extras like airport shuttles and late checkout."
