No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

Would have liked a bar fridge in room bit of a pain going to communal kitchen for drinks.

"Excellent property! Clean, comfortable, affordable and really well located, next to the MTR and bus stop. Communication between the host was quick. Self check in and out. HIGHLY recommended!!!!"

The lift to floor 13 is busy, just remember when catching the airport bus.

У нас номер был на первом этаже, окна - на уровне пояса, поэтому было хорошо слышно, когда кто-то проходил мимо. Шторы очень плохие в номере, пропускают свет, а т. к. на территории свет не выключают всю ночь, то это сильно мешало спать. Звукоизоляция - тоже не очень хорошая, слышно как спускают воду этажом выше и слышно, как кипит чайник в кухне за стеной. На одной кровати был пролёжанный матрац, на другой - нормальный.

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

В кэмпе говорят на английском, арабском и русских языках, что было очень важно для меня, мне любезно провели экскурсию по окрестностям и много рассказали о самой жизни в Иордании и бедуинов. Luggage we have to carry upstairs...unfortunately I carry some suitcase..all Staffs are aged..we can't expect help from them..

"Завтрак прекрасный. Хороший выбор. В одноместном приятном номере был прекрасный вид из окна и свежий воздух. В 2024 году номер был тоже хорош, но в открытую форточку часто попадали запахи из кухни. И на следующий год администраторы предоставили лучший номер."

Кроме крючков-вешалок в коридоре одноместного номера не было других приспособлений для просушки полотенец. В ванной комнате с душем был ещё один крючок, но он был плохо размещён. ( Крючка для одежды в ванной не было.) Полотенце, если повесить его там, касалось бачка унитаза. Крючок был неудобный. Полотенце могло упасть в унитаз, если его задеть. Приходилось сушить полотенца на крючках в прихожей-коридое. Тогда не хватало крючков для одежды. Если решить эту проблему, то номер вполне комфортен для одного человека.

"All was lovely, the food was particularly good and a pleasant surprise after some of the restaurants we had eaten at on our trip. The cottage was great, the linen very good, the swimming pool a great asset."

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

"Very good food and friendly/helpful staff. A few issues in the rooms such as A/C and roof leaks, but these were not major."

"Очень чисто. Очень уютно. Уборка каждый день. Завтраки очень сытные. Особенно хотелось бы отметить вовлечённость персонала. Управляющий просто сказка. Забронировал нам столик в ресторане заранее и всегда советовал и всячески помогал. Уровень сервиса не соответствует цене. Цену можно значительно повышать. В номерах очень тепло. Все очень удобно сделано. Воду каждый день добавляют."

Det var väldigt varmt i rummet och AC saknades.

"Renate is a perfect and really nice person. She was really kind and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely perfect too. The Alpe-Adria Trail is goes exactly in front of the door."

There wasn't anything. Not a new pansio but it is absolutely perfect.

"Beautiful setting on the outskirts of the city, high on a hill. A place where there is tent camping, spaces for camper vans, and there are rooms available. We had a beautiful room with private bathroom, and shared access to a sitting room, kitchen facilities and terrace. It is self-catering, but the hosts will order bread to be delivered in the morning for you, or they’ll order a pizza delivery in the evening. There is an outdoor cafe/bar. The place is bustling, interesting and entertaining. Lamego is a beautiful city with many interesting buildings."
