"Good communication, clear instructions for key collection, etc. Cleaned well. Very good location near city centre. Spacious room, excellent internet connection. Comfortable bed, good heating control (radiator valves), good facilities (kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc.), adequate wardrobe/shelf space for clothes etc."
"Shower head didn't fit properly and was always falling off it's bracket, furniture was a bit cheap and flimsy (but adequate), no sofa or other "soft" seating, no curtain over one of the windows (just the blackout blind, which didn't keep all the light out), window and door frames needed re-painting."

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. "This was a lovely place in a great location! I loved the balcony space and how clean everything was. The water pressure on the sink / shower was excellent. It was nice to have access to a refrigerator, and a coffee maker, and many other amenities! "
"It was so hard to find! More detail is needed for the check-in process, given you do it yourself. Most people probably won’t care, but important to note there isn’t a television (but the wifi is good). In addition, the hallways smelled like smoke."
