Hotel Local 101

"В отеле останавливалась два раза. Отличные номера, чисто, одеяла как облако ) Прекрасные завтраки и отличный персонал. Есть отличная комната в которой можно оставить вещи после выселения и там же побыть до отъезда. Внизу есть бар и играет приятная музыка. Из минусов-слышимость в номерах. Все остальное очень понравилось."

"Отличное местоположение, пешеходный доступ к достопримечательностям, автобусная станция в 20 минутах ходьбы, рядом есть приличные кофейни."

"На ночь отель закрывается, нужны дополнительные манипуляции для того чтобы зайти в него))"

"Отличное расположение. Прямо напротив есть платная парковка, паркомат для оплаты слева на перекрестке. Правее, за 2мя знаками платной парковки есть бесплатная парковка-идти минут 5 пешком, место там периодически было. До порта 3 минуты пешком."

"Завтрак неразнообразный, как и везде в Исландии, но вполне достаточный."

"Очень понравился отель! Расположение супер удачное, рядом все: достопримечательности и в тоже время тихое место, для отдыха то что нужно! Номер небольшой, но мне было очень комфортно и уютно, все под рукой! Удобные матрас и подушки! Все необходимое в душе есть. В лобби прекрасно можно провести время с друзьями, играет ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНО ПОДОБРАННАЯ МУЗЫКА-только за это можно смело ставить 10 баллов! На ресепшене милые люди и явно хорошо разбираются в музыке!"

"Good location if you want to explore the areas near Lava Show & the harbour. Good wifi. Friendly staff. Plenty of electric circuits. Decent shower despite all the inevitable spillage in the bathroom."

"A bit far to walk from BSI bus station. The sinks are a bit weird, either too small (in bathroom) or it is too long (spilled everywhere inside the room). No hard pillows provision. Water tends to spill everywhere in the bathroom after every shower."

"Location was great, just a short walk to city centre and bus stops. The bar and restaurant area was lovely, very cozy. I liked the tea and coffee facilities but the hot water wasn’t hot enough for tea - the water is kept in a thermos so it’s never super hot. My room was very small but had pretty much everything I needed. I liked that I could open my windows a bit for some fresh air without the room getting cold. I also liked that there was no carpet in the room, felt a lot cleaner to have hard flooring. Shower water pressure and temperature was also great. WiFi was super fast! The upload speed was incredible. The staff were lovely and very helpful."

"There were 2 sinks in my room: one in the bathroom and one in the actual room. I only used the one in the room because the bathroom sink was absolutely tiny. The “bigger” sink had a design flaw though: the tap was too long and too high so water would just splash out of the sink. The shower is a “walk in” one and the bathroom door doesn’t really keep water in so it’s very easy to have shower water escape into the main room. I also found 2 hairs in my room: one blonde one on my bed and a light brunette hair on one of my towel. I have black hair so I knew they weren’t mine. The towels also had a weird smell."

"Local 101, looks smaller by te outside but I was really a cozy and great place by inside, the room dimensions were enough for us that we wanted rest after a long day, extra points for having 2 sinks one inside and the second outside the room. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the breakfast included had the necessary to eat well before all the tours."
