"Локация великолепная- до пристани Сан.Захария 3 минуты пешком, до дворца Дожей -6минут. В двух шагах отличный сетевой супермаркет , где можно купить любые обычные и традиционные итальянский продукты. Из окна потрясающий вид и днем, и ночью - типичный Венецианский пейзаж: канал, мостик, болкончики, колокольня. Обстановка в комнате - живописная и винтажная - настраивает на соответствующую атмосферу Венеции. Идеальная чистота, белоснежное постельное белье, регулярная уборка. Очень приятные,приветливые и внимательные хозяева . Хозяйка Алисе говорит на нескольких языках. Для гостей всегда в доступе кофе, чай. Утром завтраки, на которых было приятно пообщаться с Алисе и гостями и разных стран. Все очень понравилось! Спасибо Алисе и Марко!"

"The location in terms of getting the water bus to and from the airport was excellent. We only had a 10min walk. We were in a quieter area but within 5 mins we were at the main hub of attractions. Alice, our host was so welcoming, very helpful and great to check in with."

"The hospitality of Alice and Marco. The cleanliness. the fact that Alice when out of her way to organise a surprise for my partner birthday. I loved that our bed was made and bottle of water was refilled everyday :-) We can join our host for breakfast. We really felt at home."

They were very supportive in guiding us around and even let us keep the luggages at the location in the last day (we had a late flight towards home) so we could enjoy our time there. The room was very cosy, and the location is perfect (max 10 minute of San Marco Square)."
