"Очень любезный персонал , можно обратиться за просьбой в любое время суток. В отеле чисто, спокойно было, в номере чисто и тепло . Есть отопление, рабочий кондиционер, дополнительные одеяла. Понравилось. Услуги этого отеля стоят этих денег. Если буду в Милане с удовольствием остановлюсь там же. Остановка городского автобуса в 4 минутах ходьбы."

"To be honest, the room looked better in reality than what’s showed on booking. It only had 2 stars but looked better than a 3 stars hotels. They even print maps and brochures for guests with the city sites and how to get there. The hotel location is good, 5 min walk to the bus station, 12 min to tram station, 5 min to supermarkets, and in 30 min you find yourself at the duomo with public transportation. The room is spacious, the Ac is working well, cleaning service was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
