"Great place with an excellent location, facilities, and services. I really enjoyed my stay—the hotel owner is exceptional and assisted me with everything I needed. The property is in a fantastic position near the train station, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I personally traveled for a football-related event, and the hotel is perfect for this, as the stadium is within walking distance. Highly recommended."

"Poor communication by the staff; basically no information was provided, and requests went unanswered. Noise from neighboring rooms was very noticeable. The “blankets” were really just thin throws with sheets underneath, which seemed unhygienic. The bathroom was very cramped, and there was no bag in the trash bin. There was no kettle, though this is understandable since there was no kitchen in the room either."

"on arrival at the advertised check in time there was a note to say that it would not be possible till 5pm so nowhere to leave luggage safely. The lift does not work and looks as if it hasn't for some time. The room was too small to open a small oyster case on the floor and the door locks were questionable. In fact my companion's door was not locked after housekeeping on one day."

"The location was quiet. It was a short walk to the train station, into the city or to the Enzo Ferrari museum. Welcome air-conditioning! The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, firm enough. Very helpful staff."

"No breakfast at 350 EUR/night. ONE single power outlet in the entire room - no way to charge phones, laptops or anything else. A 3-bed room, but the 3rd bed was crammed into a corner without much room. Bathroom and shower very worned out, the bathroom was also very small. Ceiling ventilation not cleaned or working - humid air in the room. The worst part of stay was after stay experience - asked them for a copy of invoice because I have misplaced the original, needed it for cost compensation at work. I called them 3 times. First time, person could not speak English. Second time, manager not present to issue the invoice. Third time, lady on the phone promised an invoice to be sent as soone as possible. I also sent 2 emails (including in italian) with full booking details to get the invoice. No success. They took 350 EUR for one night, without breakfast, and did not care for their guests as well."
