"My stay was delightful. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly especially the lady at the reception who was welcoming and super helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. I'm definitely coming back for a longer stay."

"The staff was really amazing, polite patient and was very helpful. The Chef Kioko made really good food and diverse at that. Alice at the reception was absolutely helpful every second you needed her. Yvonne, Amina and Rose were our favourite waitresses, very respectful, and great at their job. The stay was very good and seamless. The rooms were nicely cleaned every day essentials were readily provided. The view from the rooms was absolutely gorgeous as well...Dennis the Taekwondo instructor was also very nice to us and also respectful. He made morning fitness time a thing to look forward to. Generally we had a great time and we would definitely have a stay again."

"I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. One of the highlights of my trip was the special excursion to Shale Island – it was breathtaking and perfectly organized by the hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service."
