"The room was beautiful and complete with everything I needed. The actual room was what was advertised and it was great. The breakfast buffet and foods I chose from the Ala carte menu in the lobby restaurant were likewise delicious and well presented. The staff were exceptional as they were very friendly and accommodating."

"The Convenience Store on the ground floor. The lady in the convenience store was not very friendly nor accommodating. The Convenience store itself was not complete and it was very hot inside (no air conditioning unit or it wasn't on every time I went there...around 2 times)"

"What a magnificent hotel! From the doorman, to the lobby staff, to the rooms, to the 360° rooftop...There is nothing I can fault. The hotel itself is immaculate. No detail is missed. Quality bathroom products, lush towels, robes, slippers and the bathroom fixtures.. WOW! The bed was super comfortable, crisp linen, fantastic views, mini bar, tea/coffee. Now to the staff. What a fantastic team! Hong greeted me at reception, and was so helpful. The staff make a hotel, and the staff here are happy, accommodating, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel like you are their most important guest. Thank you! The rooftop pool and relaxing zones are amazing. I wish I spent more time and took more photos. It was a 360° view. No seat is a bad seat. I was and am so impressed with this find. I'm an avid traveller, and this stay has been one of my favorites. I am looking forward to returning again later this year. Thank you!"

"We have stayed in many 3 - 5 star hotels and have found that in most cases the 3 - 4 star hotels in Asian cities are often noisy from internal noise and outside street noise. This hotel was silent, which was wonderful for getting a good night sleep. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit and hot dishes available. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The property is centrally located, close to major shopping centers, and perfectly located for access to the various embassies. Of course, if you want to pay $3 - $400+ per night at a 5-star property like a Sheraton or similar, you'll get a better experience. If you're looking for excellent value for money without having to wish you'd paid the extra for a better property, then this property is for you."

"The swimming pool is smaller than I would have liked but the rooftop area where the pool is located is large and is a good spot from which to view the city at night."

"Zimmer sauber. Lage top, viele Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen (Bassac Lane). Frühstück für europäische Verhältnisse Okay. Hatten den Pool für uns alleine."

"Personal spricht mehr Chinesisch als Englisch, konnten uns aber immer verständigen. Hat zwar wenig mit dem Hotel zu tun aber trotzdem der Hinweis. Die Verkehrslage ist katastrophal, selber mit Roller nicht gefahren haben alle Besichtigungen mit Tuk Tuk gemacht, hat Problem los funktioniert."
