"Очень холодно. Теплый пол не работал совсем. В номере был обогреватель, который согревал только если он саниметрах в 5ти от вас. Менеджер кореец обещал решить проблему, но ничего не сделал))) Нет лифта, чемодан на 4й этаж и обратно поднимала и опускала сама. Кухню очень давно не ремонтировали, грязная и страшная 🤮"

"Нет лифта - придется поднимать чемоданы. Я жил на 4 этаже. В первом номере, котором меня поселили в ванной был ужасный запах сырости, этот запах проникал и в комнату. После моей просьбы мне дали другой номер. Сами номера довольно старые. В номере было довольно холодно. Чистота средняя. В номере придётся ходить в тапочках. Если и снимать номера то только на короткий срок (одна-две ночи) и за небольшую цену."

"I chose on location to be near Yonsei U and budget. I did not expect much and had read the reviews. I can see why some would score less than 7, as standards are not great inside and outside room. However, the room was mainly clean, plenty of toilet roll and soap and towels. The electricity worked. The bed sheets though ripped a bit were clean. The bed though very basic gave a godd night of sleep. The sole staff member was very courteous. Don't expect luxury but do expect basic accommodation exactly in line with very low price. Happy to stay here again. The location was perfect for me."

"The location was really good, it was relatively close by to the subway entrance and bus stops. It's near to many restaurants and places to shop. Amenities like towels, water dispenser and instant coffee were available in the lobby room. It was a simple process to check in and out."

"We think the hygiene can be improved. It was quite dirty under the bed and in the corners of the room. The bedsheets had stains and we couldn’t open our windows at all. The air conditioner was leaking next to a power socket and overall the safety and hygiene was compromised."

"This has been my second long stay, and this is still one of the best values for money in Seoul. The location is super convenient, the staff is nice, the room is alright. It is sufficiently calm and quiet while being in walking distance to 이대, 홍대, 합정."

"The only issue this time was that it got really cold at night (given how cold this spring was). I was given a second blanket and a small heater, but the overall heating kinda lagged behind by a night."
