Muulao Hostel

"Отличный хостел. Очень чистый. Есть горячая вода. Завтрак для непритязательных туристов. Но вполне. Омлет из одного яйца, тосты и сосиски. Чай или кофе. Есть кулер с водой. Недалеко от всех достопримечательностей. Очень приветливый персонал, готовый помочь. По-английски едва ли понимают, но могут объясниться через переводчик. Кровати комфортные. Все понравилось. Рекомендую"

Мне даже категорию комнаты повысили в этот раз бесплатно, спасибо Вьен! 🥹🥹🥹 Владелец хостела большой поклонник растений и в этот мой приезд я оценила как расширился его сад и возле хостела, и внутри! 🥹 Я приезжала по банковским делам. От хостела до банка JDB 25 минут пешком. А до автовокзала 30 пешком. Вообще расположение пушка! Спасибо за всё!!!"

"Great location, beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, the common areas are nice and the place is very clean."

"I checked in and was charged 100,000 more than the actual price. When I got to the room, I realized it wasn’t what I had booked. It was a 6-bed dorm instead of a 4-bed one. When I went to the reception to ask about the price and the room situation, the guy working there realized the mistake with the price but said I couldn’t move to the 4-bed dorm because it was fully booked. Fair enough—overbooking happens—but I didn’t understand why this wasn’t communicated to me beforehand. They simply transferred me to a different room. I ended up extending my stay for three more nights but paid different prices for each night. I didn’t say anything because there was definitely a communication barrier and I didn’t want to stress myself out, but it didn’t feel fair at all. I paid the same price as the 4-bed dorm for all the nights I stayed in the 6-bed room, except for the last night. So yeah, that was a bit disappointing and left a bad first impression. They also turn the AC off from 11 AM until 2 PM. I’m not sure why, but during the dry season, in a fully booked room with no windows, it doesn’t make any sense. The room gets so hot that the only option is to leave. A few of the showers also didn’t have warm water."

"The shower was pretty much always cold. Most of the bathrooms were downstairs which was mildly inconvenient"

"Staff were really nice and beds are really comfortable . Breakfast is good especially for the price! The hostel is quiet and relaxing, there are two common areas one indoor and one outdoor. There is even a communal kitchen and free water too!"
