"Было запрещено пользоваться пляжем отеля, администрация заявила, что еще - не купальный сезон. Очень странно, потому что отель был выбран, потому что вечером можно рядом с ним купаться. Приходилось уходить с охраняемой территории на примыкающий общественный пляж. Дополнительная кровать для ребенка не была готова ко времени заселения: ты хочешь отдыхать после долгой дороги, но вынужден сидеть ждать. Мы вернулись в конце нашей поездки остановиться в этом отеле во второй раз и при бронировании снова попросили заранее (!) подготовить кровать, но ситуация повторилась. It was forbidden to use the hotel's beach, the administration said that it was not the swimming season yet. Very strange, because we choose this hotel, because of ability of the swimming in font of it. I had to leave the protected area to the adjoining public beach. Additional bed for the kid was not ready at the check-in time, you want to rest after long road, but have to wait that bed. We returned to the hotel for the second stay in the end of our trip, asked for the additional bed in our booking, asked to prepare the bed before (!), but the situation repeated again"

"The staff were amazing, always there when you need them and so kind. Let me tell you, the view was the best. I have the most beautiful picture of a sunset. I thought the location was amazing so close to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at Lancaster Eden Bay next time I visit Beirut. Thanks team for a wonderful experience. I won't mention any names because everyone was AWESOME."

"The view was nice from the room and food that I ordered was also very good. The staff were amazing, very attentive with top notch customer service. The beach area was nice and I would ignore any reviews about the sea being dirty, if the see has litter all the sea has it and not specific to this hotel . The pool area was so relaxing with a touch of coolness."

"Any request from your room took very long and always having to chase up. The water was not running one day but as soon as I called reception it was sorted immediately."
