"The accommodation is in a great location, just a few meters from the ocan and the centre - cafés, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance. The place was clean, the room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, and we also made use of the hotel’s pool, which was a nice bonus."

As for the negatives, the first thing that surprised us was the arrival - when we got there in later afternoon, the night guard simply waved his hand to indicate where our room was, without giving us any further information. Unfortunately, the staff in general were not very friendly or welcoming. I should also mention that payment was accepted only in cash, which was quite surprising since we had no issues paying by card anywhere else in El Salvador. Overall, I would probably come back again.

Alejandro was exceptional, his knowledge of nature and the beneficial properties of plants from his garden which he had specifically grown was like having a professor with us all the time. He and His wife Christiana also incorporated some of the fruit and vegetables into our stunning breakfasts which were freshly prepared each morning.. Alejandro was incredibly helpful booking restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and was a perfect host. We felt perfectly relaxed by the end of the stay."

Would have liked more light, and water pressure but to be honest we didn’t mention it to him so he could fix it.

"Останавливались на 2 ночи в этой скрытой жемчужине в лесу. Хозяин, его семья и все работники - невероятные, спасибо огромное за гостеприимство, за прекрасную территорию, где есть и полное уединение, и в то же время все необходимые удобства. Все, начиная от напитков при встрече, заканчивая горячей ванной после ужина - продумано до мелочей. В это место можно приехать как ради подъема на водопады, так и просто укрыться в лесу и отдохнуть от всего в тишине. Рекомендуем пробовать ужин из местных продуктов и домашнюю чачу."

"Beautiful views of Apia. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. It provided a calm quiet space that we didn't expect."

Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.

"Great location and the scenery was beautiful. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Located on hill tops and the views were amazing! Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Surrounded by trees and was entertained by monkeys swinging through the branches. The rooms were also very spacious and allowed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and meals were delivered to the room. Staff were very accommodating and overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"Снимали коттедж с 3 спальнями, хорошая планировка, реально 3 отдельных непроходных спальни, кухня и гостиная. Белоснежное белье и полотенца, полотенца для бассейна. С одной из спален выход на террасу. Тёплый и чистый бассейн. Лежаки, качели, зелень. Красота и тишина."

В ванной комнате- коврик, когда его очень хорошо высушить, то все ок, а так неприятный запах. Я бы его вообще убрала из санузла , там достаточно и полотенца, которое стелят под ноги.

Nothing big . A small thing. Local food was only from one region of Uganda. A bit predictable too. But otherwise amazing food

Would have been nice if pool had been heated - a bit cool in the late afternoon for a swim. Recognize this would differ seasonally.

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."

"What an awesome place! Middle of the jungle with a great pool, nice coctails and nice food. The staf was very nice and went above and beyond to help us. We forgot some luggage and they helped us retreiving it. So nice!"

Check out was stressful No final bill .. sums done a bit of paper with poor explanation.. expectation to pay on cash with US dollars Room was a small hut

Que no todas las habitaciones tienen agua caliente. Pero ya lo está solucionando

Het eten en drinken. Er was veel niet aanwezig van wat er op de kaart stond. Zowel van het eten als het drinken. Dat mag niet mogelijk zijn voor de prijs die je betaalt.

Персонал очень плохо говорил по-английски, организовать что-то хоть немного отклоняющееся от стандарта - нереально. Попросили организовать ужин в честь дня рождения, пришли на него и нам сообщили, что сегодня ресторан не работает, только шведский стол (к слову сказать ужасный, в отличие от завтрака) - итого испорченный вечер на день рождения, ради которого вообще была вся поездка

"Very comfortable room, although close to main road no significant road noise. Lovely setting at edge of town with immediate access for cycle or walking in fields behind. Staff very helpful and food good value for hotel facilities. Ample breakfast included too. They offer excursions but we did not try due to lack of time. Hotel arranged transfer to airport which was perfect."

"Beautiful place. We stayed with family in three different rooms. Beautiful views, spacious and clean rooms. The ladies that clean the hotel were very nice. We got there early, left our things in a locker and went to flamenco beach and returned to access our rooms by a door code. The room was amazing with a small kitchen with kitchen utensils, towels and beach towels. The rooms had great air conditioner and there was a constant breeze outside that we could enjoy the balcony as well. I think the room Was even more spacious than the website pictures. ☺️"

"The staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Our car broke down two hours after we left the camp. We called the camp and they sent help right away."

"Comfortable stay in a Vintage house, outback-Australia style. Has all things in the kitchen to use if self catering.Hot shower .Central, close to a lovely beach and restaurants. But 2 km from main supermarket. Recommended"

No WiFi. Walls are quite thin so, can hear traffic at day time hours.Quite at nite

"Невероятное место и хозяева.!! Очень теплей и радушный прием. Это место в которое хочется возвращаться. Все сделано с любовью! Отличные красивые номера. И пожалуй самое главное, сколько от хозяев тепла и доброжелательности !!! Как домой попал. Мне надо было уезжать и они вывезли меня в другой город. Выбрали ту дорогу, которая была красивее. Это так приятно ! Очень надеюсь вернуться. Всем рекомендую !!"

"Чудесные виды, тихо, уютно. Хозяева гостеприимные."

Одна розетка в комнате не работала, соответственно, не работал и светильник, подключенный к ней. В ящиках для цветов на балконе (их было два), были засохшие прошлогодние растения. Если нет было возможности высадить красивые цветы, можно было бы просто убрать ящики.
