*The bed and pillows were really hard, it was not really comfortable *The place at the beach is far from the sea, you can't see the sea from the place.

"Идеальная чистота в природе и в самом лагере. Ночью топят печку в каждой юрте. В итоге можно достичь разумного комфорта между температурой и духотой. Разношерстные гости, в основном, европейцы. Отличные хозяева."

Вся еда на ужин - с местным колоритом, не всем может понравиться. А вот завтраки уже более европейские. Санузел - традиционный, дырка во дворе. Дождик может моросить в лицо. Кровати жестковатые.

Высокая цена. Отсутствие магазинов и возможности питания в окрестностях (хотя это было известно). Безобразная дорога

"Отличное место, вид шикарный. Ресторан, не дорогой и очень всё вкусно. Завтраки тоже хорошие. И очень приветливый персонал, особенно Кирил."

Душевая очень не удобная .

"Gilles & Henriette were superb hosts and made us feel at home. The setting is so tranquil and like a home from home. Breakfast was an unexpected highlight - especially the delicious homemade jams and coconut bread, plus the fruit from the garden. Don't miss sunset drinks and dinner at the Opoa Beach Hotel down the road - plus there's tasty pizza on offer next door too."

Nothing - it was all great. However, be prepared for a steep drive down to the property. We were glad we arrived in daylight. 🙂

The showerhead is located halfway through the shower cubicle which meant that a lot of water came inside the bathroom while taken a shower. The ventilator didn't operate in the bathroom which meant that a small window was left open in the bathroom for ventilation. The drawback was ingress of mosquitoes into the room/bathroom. The lighting in the room could be enhanced, often we felt that the room was too dark.

"This is a fantastic location if you want to get away from the bustle of the city and only half an hour from the airport and Agadir. Beautifully restored Kasbah with productive gardens and a salt water pool (perfect if like me you can't cope with chlorine) We were lucky enough to visit after rain and the wildflowers blooming in the surrounding fields were beautiful. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly."

"Everything was exceptional - the hospitality, the service, the setting, the food, the environment. The service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The safari guides were exceptionally knowledgeable - we learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of every game drive. The food was 10/10 - I am gluten free and they prepared a separate menu for me every meal time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

Nothing - I do not have a bad word to say about Long Lee. It exceeded our expectations and more.

Иногда приходилось ждать горячей воды в душе

"Бронирование было в их базе, встретили и сразу заселили, воду и полотенца предоставили, горячая вода круглосуточно, есть услуги прачечной. Хорошо расположено. Видно что унитаз действительно вымыт и продезинфицирован."

Вид из окна приемлимый, но так как нет занавесок, только шторы, походить неодетым не получится. Из двух полотенец одно сероватое.

"дравствуйте! Мы вспоминаем вас с большим теплом в сердце!) Все очень красиво, хорошо и интересно! Пустыня, много лошадей, верблюдов, диких птиц. Очень вкусная еда. Особенно понравились павлины, которые каждое утро приходили на завтрак и кушали вместе с нами! Мой сын в восторге. Потрясающее место. Добрые люди. Особенно КАРИМ, наш гид и помощник. Спасибо большое Кариму за доброту, заботу и внимательность. Мы с большой радостью вернёмся к вам снова!"

"We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here."

Although screens were throughout, you will still need repellent and extra coils. The ensuite bathroom toilet wouldn’t always flush properly and the wifi wasn’t working. It would be a plus to have one more fan in the third bedroom of the Langakali house and

The chair bench caught my leggings and ripped them a bit.

"Симпатичный домик с красивым видом на озеро, который частично закрыт деревьями. Сразу от дома идёт тропа в лес, по которой можно обойти озеро."

По информации от хозяина в доме техническая вода, не пригодная для питья и готовки. Скорее всего это вода из озера. А питьевую воду надо приносить в 5л бутылках из родника за~ 600 м от домика. Другие дома близко к домику, в соседнем доме шел ремонт, сверлили

"Снимали коттедж с 3 спальнями, хорошая планировка, реально 3 отдельных непроходных спальни, кухня и гостиная. Белоснежное белье и полотенца, полотенца для бассейна. С одной из спален выход на террасу. Тёплый и чистый бассейн. Лежаки, качели, зелень. Красота и тишина."

В ванной комнате- коврик, когда его очень хорошо высушить, то все ок, а так неприятный запах. Я бы его вообще убрала из санузла , там достаточно и полотенца, которое стелят под ноги.

"Огромная территория, коттедж на 3 спальни. Полная экипировка кухни, терраса с камином, для которого приносили дрова. Близко до парка Шамарель. Очень вкусные завтраки и ужины, любезный персонал. Можно посетить ферму, покататься на лошади. Есть небольшой бассейн с потрясающим видом"

"The people who run the Lodge are absolutely lovely. We had dinner and breakfast both of which were very well cooked and tasty."

I found the bed a little uncomfortable and i would prefer 2 pillows per person. The driveway is steep...a little intimidating for us Europeans! But we had a 4 wheel drive so we were fine.

Персонал очень плохо говорил по-английски, организовать что-то хоть немного отклоняющееся от стандарта - нереально. Попросили организовать ужин в честь дня рождения, пришли на него и нам сообщили, что сегодня ресторан не работает, только шведский стол (к слову сказать ужасный, в отличие от завтрака) - итого испорченный вечер на день рождения, ради которого вообще была вся поездка

Water heater present, but no warm water in the shower or bath. Bath didn't drain.

"Великолепные виды на вулкан в хорошую погоду. Живописные тропы через дождевой лес. Через панорамные окна, можно наблюдать за птицами, включая колибри. 2 джакузи с минеральной водой (необходимо бронировать заранее, но если никого нет, то можно идти сразу). Мы взяли по бокалу вина и наслаждались видом вулкана прямо из джакузи. Но в плохую погоду- заняться нечем."

"Цена, чистота, персонал, домики новые, большая удобная кровать."

1. Вокруг беседки, которые сдают в аренду, от них оооочень много шума, так что эти домики не про спокойный отдых. 2. Довольно скучная локация, заняться особо нечем. 3. В домике очень жарко ночью, а в москитной сетке дырка, нормально окно не откроешь. 4. Крайне мало посуды, если планируете готовить на мангале, берите свою посуду.

The weather. Its so upredictable!!

"Lodge was great with comfortable room, excellent buffet dining room facility and small swimming pool to cool off in between excursions. The highlights are the 2-3 times daily excursions which really make the high cost absolutely worth it. Our guide, Alfredo, was amazing, bi-lingual, sensitive to the local environment and even played the guitar over dinner and breakfast!"

Only downside really is the fact that there is only 1 included boat time to the lodge and back from Iquitos. We had to pay $180 extra for a personal boat because LatAm airlines brought our flight forward - not the lodge's fault, but something to look out for.

Would have been nice if pool had been heated - a bit cool in the late afternoon for a swim. Recognize this would differ seasonally.
