"We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here."

Although screens were throughout, you will still need repellent and extra coils. The ensuite bathroom toilet wouldn’t always flush properly and the wifi wasn’t working. It would be a plus to have one more fan in the third bedroom of the Langakali house and

"This property was tucked away in the rain forest. Alejandro was exceptional, his knowledge of nature and the beneficial properties of plants from his garden which he had specifically grown was like having a professor with us all the time. He and His wife Christiana also incorporated some of the fruit and vegetables into our stunning breakfasts which were freshly prepared each morning.. Alejandro was incredibly helpful booking restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and was a perfect host. We felt perfectly relaxed by the end of the stay."

Would have liked more light, and water pressure but to be honest we didn’t mention it to him so he could fix it.

"Incredibly stay! The photos don’t show how beautiful the grounds are. Super recommend the tents and wandering down to the beach clubs in the area for beers and a swim. All of the staff were amazing at helping us organise everything and the food was delicious - special shout out to Brigitte for making our stay extra special, even letting us come into the kitchen so we could learn how to make African tea - we miss you Brigitte!!!"

Staff were very helpful to transfer us to the hotel when we arrived, as the car park was a bit far from the hotel. They also treated us exceptionally well, and were always ready to accommodate us with our needs. Food and drinks were also really good. All in all 10/10 stay"

"Nina is a charming and caring host who gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The property is wonderful, the rooms spacious, comfortable and cozy and the breakfast was delicious!! We should have stayed longer!!!"

"A little gem of a hotel in a most beautiful location. The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life."

"The room was beautiful opening up to a sea view. Could go kayaking from just outside the room. The lodge had kayaks and life jackets available to guests. Could also go fishing or swimming - just idyllic! The staff were also really helpful. I would most definitely stay here again."

"Очень понравился этот отель — один из лучших, в которых я был за последние полгода. Чисто, красиво, приятный запах в номере. Из окна открывается красивый вид, есть бесплатная парковка. Очень вкусный завтрак: подавали восхитительные круассаны, фрукты, медовые соты, свежевыжатый сок и отличный кофе. В отеле всего четыре номера, поэтому очень тихо, и никто не мешает наслаждаться прекрасными горными видами Андорры. О персонале хочется сказать отдельно: это очень приятные люди, всегда готовые помочь с любым вопросом, посоветовать вкусное вино к ужину и сделать ваш отдых незабываемым. В номере всё было чисто, удобная кровать, душ и ванна, которую можно принять после прогулки по горам. Очень вкусные коктейли в баре. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство, обязательно вернемся еще раз."

"Everything was exceptional - the hospitality, the service, the setting, the food, the environment. The service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The safari guides were exceptionally knowledgeable - we learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of every game drive. The food was 10/10 - I am gluten free and they prepared a separate menu for me every meal time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

Nothing - I do not have a bad word to say about Long Lee. It exceeded our expectations and more.

"Gilles & Henriette were superb hosts and made us feel at home. The setting is so tranquil and like a home from home. Breakfast was an unexpected highlight - especially the delicious homemade jams and coconut bread, plus the fruit from the garden. Don't miss sunset drinks and dinner at the Opoa Beach Hotel down the road - plus there's tasty pizza on offer next door too."

"Великолепные виды на вулкан в хорошую погоду. Живописные тропы через дождевой лес. Через панорамные окна, можно наблюдать за птицами, включая колибри. 2 джакузи с минеральной водой (необходимо бронировать заранее, но если никого нет, то можно идти сразу). Мы взяли по бокалу вина и наслаждались видом вулкана прямо из джакузи. Но в плохую погоду- заняться нечем."

"Снимали коттедж с 3 спальнями, хорошая планировка, реально 3 отдельных непроходных спальни, кухня и гостиная. Белоснежное белье и полотенца, полотенца для бассейна. С одной из спален выход на террасу. Тёплый и чистый бассейн. Лежаки, качели, зелень. Красота и тишина."

В ванной комнате- коврик, когда его очень хорошо высушить, то все ок, а так неприятный запах. Я бы его вообще убрала из санузла , там достаточно и полотенца, которое стелят под ноги.

"It was quirky and a lovely cosy space to base ourselves. Very close to the airport and next to the harbour in the town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The loft bed was something different too and cosy and comfortable. The owner was great and friendly. We had absolutely no issues and hope to go again someday."

Одна розетка в комнате не работала, соответственно, не работал и светильник, подключенный к ней. В ящиках для цветов на балконе (их было два), были засохшие прошлогодние растения. Если нет было возможности высадить красивые цветы, можно было бы просто убрать ящики.
