"Good Day! I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at your establishment. From the security staff to the caretakers and cleaning ladies, everyone was exceptional in their service. The place itself was pristine, peaceful, and perfectly located, making our visit enjoyable and convenient. We were particularly appreciative of the assistance in arranging rides to explore the city and the overall welcoming atmosphere. Knowing we could reach out for help and receive it with a smile made all the difference. Thank you once again for providing such a lovely experience."
"I wanted to touch base regarding our breakfast plans. Please confirm the time that works best for everyone. Also, it would be great if we could have some Tabasco sauce or any chili sauce available to spice things up a bit! Additionally, let's make sure we have the DStv app set up on the TVs for us to enjoy some entertainment during our stay."
"Muy buen desayuno. Limpieza de la habitación, comodidad de la cama y actitud del staff."
