"So peaceful and welcoming, beautiful home and lovingly managed by the owner, this was a family home until recently and has been converted to a wonderful Riad. Welcome includes mint tea and local tasty pastries, breakfast was varied and so much we couldn't eat it all, try a Moroccan Crepe, so yum! Beds comfy and room spacious, bathroom had everything you need including some toiletries, not suitable for wheelchair users but anyone who can manage stairs will love this place."

"The Riad has charm in spades. It is beautifully decorated, functional, clean and the owner is friendly, informative and a pleasure to talk to. The location is very central. The room was beautifully decorated and large with separate seating area, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept on and a fantastic shower with plenty of hot water."

"Not much. I failed to realise that the exchange rate for payment in local currency depends on what is online that day (NOT what is offered at the Bureau de Change), so slight surprise there but otherwise everything was perfect."

"Pretty, traditional riad in great location in the central medina. Plants, lots of birds, roof terrace, good breakfast. Room had bed area, seated area and bathroom along one side of riad. Very comfortable and quiet."

"Beautiful little paradise off the busy medina. Spotlessly clean with a traditional family run Riad feel. It had a very authentic feel and lovely hospitable hosts but not intrusive. I would happily go back!"

"The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This may be the best place we ever stayed in hospitality wise. They’re thoughtful, ready to help when you need it and even bought some stuff for my girlfriend who was recovering from being sick so she had something to eat. By far the best Riad we stayed in during our 2 week roadtrip in Morocco."

"The location was just perfect. Nestled among the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, of all the desert camps we saw when doing activities. Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps had the very best location. The staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay in the Sahara Desert. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they answered our every question. They were extremely polite, welcoming and kind and made our stay memorable. All the activities we wanted to do such as camel trekking and Quad biking were right there at our finger tips and organised by the staff whenever we requested something. The camp was so peaceful and the ambience in the desert was surreal. I would recommend a two night stay so you don’t have to rush away and can enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert in a leisurely way."

"Very conveniently located in the Medina right around the corner from the Merdassa and Blue Gate. Everything was within steps of the street. The Host Mohammed , a native of Fes Medina, gave us an orientation the first morning which made our explorations easy. The night person Dariz was super kind and went out of his way to make me an early morning cuppa before breakfast. The decor was attractive in the Moroccan style and eating in the courtyard was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was copious and sometimes more than we needed."
